This is a tierlist people have been requesting for a long time. I promised everyone that I'd get to it eventually and, well, I guess it's finally eventually because here it is! How much do I like playing each investigator?
We'll eventually get Bryn's version of this on the channel too!

I am definitely going to fall asleep to this later today to Justin’s soothing voice
I'm glad I'm not the only one that happens to. I have to restart these long videos a few times before I get through them.
I accidentally fell asleep watching this during a long car ride
Haha, I do this all the time as well
@@emergency.jergens glad you're ok! 😅
We NEEEED brin's version of this tier list
Agreed
“You just suck at Arkham.” I’m happy that Justin is at a place in his content creation career where he can give his viewers a piece of his mind. It makes for a very entertaining stream 😂
Bro you made a many faces of charlie kane deck and you HAVEN'T PLAYED HIM 😢
The guardian's Thompson makes Finn's illicit deckbuilding worth it
That cursed Silas you photoshopped will always live rent-free in my brain and make me laugh.
I'm surprised you didn't ride the Pun of putting Nathaniel in a Boxe
JOE diamond ftw ! my fave one ! always fun to build him in solo mode !
They need to make 3-3-3-3 investigators viable
Synergy for stat balancing could really shake things up
Wilson richard its super viable flex
@@Gaudalothhe’s a 3443 basically
@@Gaudaloth yeah but the rest of them need a small boost
When it comes to Dexter, I think fun one is having playing him was beautifully captured in one scene in Django Unchained. Scene where character played by Christopher Waltz pulls gun out of nowhere and shoots down sheriff. 😂
Justin hasn’t played Charlie Kane?! What in the worlddd
Maybe a video about the investigators you were excited for before the reveal, but they ended up not living up to your enthusiasm and what you were hoping they would be?
I played Gloria for 2 scenarios in expert Innsmouth and then swapped her out, because it was ridiculous. We were not playing Arkham, we were playing a walking simulator.
I would have liked to see the wilson combat deck :) Same about parallell Skids, because ours were boring as hell and he is benched now.
Please do yearly! ❤
Here are my rankings for the investigators that I’ve taken through campaigns (not counting stand-alone)
Favorites: Ashcan Pete, William, Monterrey
A Blast: Daisy, Zoey, Minh, Sister Mary, Silas, Novella Norman, Lily, Carson, Nathaniel, Winifred
Enjoyable: || Roland, Agnes, Wendy, Rex, Mark, Sefina, Novella Carolyn, Trish, Dexter, Vincent, Kymani, Amina, Stella
Dull: Roland, Skids, Akachi, Lola
Didn’t Like: Jenny

Guys. I'm scowering through this Arkham Horror lcg stuff like crazy and i haven't even played a game! I have 2 boxes of the original core set and the old dunwhich box with all mythos. Is it still recommended to grab the revised core set? If not for the improved instructions? What do you guys think 🤔
@@theshepard22 I wouldn't! I'd look at grabbing a new cycle or campaign to play with instead. You'll get more bang for your buck there and more game in the process!
ty for the content
as jenny defender im ok with your opinion uwu, not everyone is just lazy as i am to play haha
What's the thing with Hank ability? I didnt understand the ruling...
He can only tank with his investigator card, not with his assets.
13 cards of Sefina’s 33(+5) is 34% of her deck.
10 cards of an ordinary investigator’s 30(+2) is 31% of their deck.
And an ordinary investigator initially only gets to see 5 and may erringly mulligan into a weaker hand by accident.
And, she comes with 3 Studious.
I can understand how Sefina’s mulligan may feel bad when you’re used to swapping out the bad cards in your hand, but I’m struggling to follow how it’s actually worse.
As I say whenever I talk about it, it's not statistically worse, but in all the games I've seen with people playing Sefina, she misses on her opening hand more than she hits. Her style of play is very fragile and breaks easily and that starts with her inability to mulligan. Basically, there's a reason why her power level isn't high and this is one of them.
Gotcha! Thanks for the clarification!

I literally just figured out to remove doom from cultists.
It's better to remove the cultist from the doom ..... ;-)
If your ideal investigator is kind of dull, is that your ideal investigator?
@@benkester1518 Yeah it is. I like winning and I don't care if the method of winning is really dull.
Everytime i hear talking about "book focused luke" i kust think why? Why would you not use his brain being that its higher and theres stuff like sixth sense to investigate?
@@DrDifra let me introduce you to Luke's 0-2 Seeker card pool.
@@PlayingBoardGames no like I get that, but wouldn't that be a waste of his card pool? Why struggling to investigate for single clues on a 3 book investigator , seems so much work just to pass a deduction test!
(I'm genuinely wondering not trying to be pedantic)
@@DrDifra There's a reason people build him and it's not because it's bad. That's one of the reasons Luke is so strong and widely enjoyed, he has a large variety of viable builds.
@@PlayingBoardGames I see, I just find it hard to see how a book build would beat a brain build with his available pool. Starting from 3 vs 4 .
His seeker 2 isn't that much better than Norman lvl 0 seeker for clueving or is it. ?
Anyway. I still don't have dream eaters. So eventually I'll have to figure it out by myself when I do get Luke!
@@DrDifra It's definitely not as strong as going hard on his brain score, there's no denying that, but it's very hard for multiple builds to be equally strong. But there are a lot of neat things you can do building around book and Luke's abilities (look at the new card from Hemlock Vale that allows you to investigate all adjacent locations as an example).
