@@pcsx2gameplays im currently on a quest for a low TDP used CPU that can handle pcsx2's software renderer (prioritizing authentic graphics over 4k upscale etc.). I5 10400 for me seems like the one that does this job just fine. Can you agree with that? Or there are afterall some games that (judging by personal experience) it might be struggling with?
@@ГригорийБуров-м1ъ I've never really had problems playing in software renderer even with my old cpu, but I've never really played much games either. The best thing you could do is join the pcsx2 discord and ask them, (some devs are probably around there) before buying anything.
Does it lag or have audio crackling during the game intro? Precisely when Wander is crossing the bridge?
Yes, it does lag.
Sotc is quite CPU demanding game for software renderer. Have you felt any lagging and slowdowns on this one?
Not that I remember. I usually only get slowdowns when using Hardware renderer with an high resolutions.
