I know I’ve done bug teams in Silver before, but they were backed by Typhlosion and Lapras. The rest were Scyther, Pinsir, Shuckle, and Beedrill… I believe. It’s been two decades since then. Though I ran through Scarlet with a full bug team. Crushed everyone fairly easily with a Frosmoth, Venomoth, Rabasca, Scisor, Volcarona, and Heracross.

That was amazing impressive with a level 70 team, seems like charizard could have wiped most of your team out

Explosion ain't no joke!! Espeon used reflect and still fainted from a non-critical hit Explosion from forretress!!!
this surprised me. I know espeon has garbo physical D but when it used reflect I thought "uh oh" and then explosion still did the job. wild

I think people tend to overlook how powerful bug types are. One beedrill could have carried me through the entirety of mt. moon.

Beating NPC trainer (no matter the level) don't mean anything as they never switch their pokemon anyway.
In unbound they switch out religiously. Def on expert and insane mode. Thats why i like rom hacks, they are actually hard.
