Hi, I just purchased an antique Martha Washington Sewing Cabinet which has concealed barrel hinges. There is a broken hinge and it looks like it has pins holding it in place? I was wondering if you could possibly tell me how I would remove the hinge and also if I can get it removed would your store carry this type of hinge? Thank you...I appreciate your videos by the way!!!
A fun fact about Martha Washington is that she was a prolific seamstress and was responsible for making (and overseeing the plantations slaves work) for producing the majority of clothing that was used on these plantations of which I believe there were five in the 1780’s -1790’s that were owned by Washington. I can't say whether or not I'll be able to help you with hardware that's as old as the birth of the country basically but feel free to send me an email photographs of your unit and what you're looking to repair or replace and I will investigate this further sales@absupply.net
This is exactly what I needed! Simple, elegant, easy to install.
Great to hear!
