[RECIPE]
Ingredients
2 large potatoes (400g),
1 Cheongyang pepper, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon perilla oil,
3 tablespoons of all-purpose soy sauce (1½ tablespoons of commercially available flavored soy sauce), 1 teaspoon of perilla oil,
1 teaspoon sesame salt, 2 strips of bacon
Preparation
1. Peel the potatoes, cut them in half lengthwise, and slice them thinly with a paring knife. Soak in water to remove starch and then remove moisture.
2. Chop the Cheongyang pepper and slice the bacon thinly.
3. Add a little oil to the pan and fry the bacon until crispy.
4. Add perilla oil (1 tablespoon) to the pan and fry the potatoes and garlic for 5 to 6 minutes. Add all-purpose soy sauce and Cheongyang pepper and stir-fry until simmering.
5. Finish with perilla oil (1 teaspoon), sesame salt, and grilled bacon. - Хобби
