It is located in Tirusulam, around 20 km (12 mi) southwest of the city centre. The airport is the 5th busiest airport in India, and 3rd by international traffic.

How to go T4 Arrivals Baggage hall to T1 Baggage Hall?
You can’t enter T1 baggage hall if arriving at T4,you can only go till T1 arrival (exit).
Just exit T4 and look for golf cart,that is complementary service between terminal and will drop you to T1 arrivals.
@@travelwithmatloo okay, thanks. That battery car service is first come first served. So what if I don't want to exit and go on the road, can I go by walklators by taking a lift at t4 and terminal to terminal
No issue getting golfkart.
If ready to walk with baggage then yes you can use walkavators but keep in mind that at the end it is connected to T1 Mezzanine floor and you can’t enter through that door as only designated departure passengers are allowed,you have to take last elevator down and then walk on road to T1 arrivals.
