no matter what i do even if i do the sidewalk which speeds me up im still slower than outerfell
and since hes faster than me hes like right next to me and then he uses the blue star that i cant dodge because he uses it at point blank range
i also cant dash out of the blue star because the cooldown is really long
It's possible, I did it on the thirteenth attempt, in next update impossible sans will come out, to get him you will need to no hit outerfell, so you better to do it
