@@2205Razors Yes, I know, and? Perfect dodge is way inferior to perfect parry. It does not push back and stager enemies. Having no ability to parry "blue indicator" attacks for instant stager, gun strike and shield bar in return is super bad, especially on extremis. You also can't farm minoris for shield. Arguing that perfect dodge also gives you gun strike like perfect parry is like getting nokia for christmas when you wished for iphone.

You know block weapons are in a bad place when you have to run the class with a bonus perfect dodge window, and it still takes 52 minutes for the first operation in the game.

It was definitely a slog, but overall a very fun challenge. For this game I basically told myself "Just play like your life depends on it" and this was the result lol. Thank you for watching and commenting, brother! This helps me so much and I truly appreciate it!
Great play - I've been testing myself running block weapons on and off and it improved my dodge game a lot. I will say - just because you're running block doesn't mean you can't use the parry button - quite a few times where you could've negated the damage/ stun of a heavy blue marker attack by blocking when there wasnt time for anything else (coming out a gunstrike for example)
@@jonnowocky8179 There were a few mistakes made in this gameplay for sure. I saw a few spots where I could've blocked, but in the heat of the battle my instincts slipped slightly a few times. Awesome! I just did this a few days ago, not with the block hammer though that’s insane. Was about to say where’s the Terminus? Then 39:24 ha. Well done. How many attempts did this take you?
For the first video I posted, it took 6 tries. This one took 9, I had 2 flawless runs prior to this one where I made it all the way to the end and failed. One of them I didn't detonate the bomb in time (which I had no idea there even was a timer lol). The second time I made it all the way to the part where the captain tells you to detonate the bomb and I had a Zoanthrope shooting the green balls at me while fighting off a horde. One struck me and destroyed my armor, I dodged the next one and no joke, 3/4 of the way through my dodge a Lictor materialized from his cloak into an attack and killed me at the end of the dodge animation. I was heartbroken lol. But thank you for watching and commenting! I truly appreciate it!

But for now I'll be working on challenges, like doing this same thing on a Chaos op (Haven't attempted it yet). Parry is so crucial to the game, both for utility, frequent gunstrike damage, and just making the game feel more fun. Block type weapons shouldn't even exist. Everything should have balanced type parry. Really odd how they just remove a core part of the game. Hope they actually balance them well. It feels like half the balance team knew what they were going for with the overall design and the other half just had no clue.
They'll get it figured out eventually, the game does need a little polishing with weapon balancing in general. Overall I think they've made an incredible game, and I've gotten my money's worth in my opinion. Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@DedZwn Yeah for sure I've had so much fun with it, but its definitely dropped significantly in concurrent players on steam, and balance I think plays into why that is. The game also just has a content problem. Back 4 Blood was a similar type game with the same missions with dynamic AI, but it had an entire campaign to go through. Here we had 6 missions at launch, with 8 total by the end of the year. That and nothing for XP after 25 just feels meh after awhile. Another big reason for the falloff I think is the map pool is limited even more because nobody likes fighting Chaos. I'm not excited for the new Chaos operation and enemy because Chaos don't feel fun to fight. They just feel annoying most of the time. I don't even think the game needed 2 enemy factions, they should have stuck with Tyrannids and just had a few extra enemy types, and more missions. IDK how you fix chaos without reworking a lot of the enemy types.

@@DedZwn Pretty sure the only reason is the maps. PvP and the chosen sections in Campaign are designed for the verticality of the jump pack. They probably chose to restrict the verticality in PvE because it would take too much to design their maps and operations around it.
@@christianhagels439 I gotta disagree, I think they could have very easily made it work based on the fact that they've done it in two other modes and I still think it can work even with the missions now. The biggest reasons I've heard for not allowing the pvp jump pack attributes in Pve is; (people falling off the map, speed running missions etc) but frankly none of those arguments are particularly strong as you can vote kick players if they're not sticking with the team and if someone falls off the map that's their fault and people will start to learn as time goes on, Bungie understood this with Halo Reach, a game that came out in 2011 mind you so I don't see any excuse as to why Saber can't replicate that in the modern era. I think they need to at the very least lessen the cool down time on the charges and add another charge so you're not grounded half the time and can actually have that enhanced mobility like the other modes.
I don't really have any tips for aiming other than focus your crosshair where enemies would normally be while not aiming. Basically, keep your crosshair up and not aiming at the floor all the time. Look sensitivity X & Y - 15, Aiming Sensitivity X & Y - 10 and Aim Assist - Default. Thanks for commenting & watching! I appreciate it.

did u ever try this challenge with the regen jump pack charge on perfect dodge with damage enemies along dash trajectory? i was messing around with it earlier and it makes dodging much more comfortable also congrats on achieving this absolutely insane run im tryna watch u see if i can finish 1 solo lethal myself (but just regular, not block hammer)
I thought about trying that one out but I prefer "Zealous Blow" because getting more jump pack charges is more beneficial in my opinion. But I haven't actually tried the "Wings of Flame" perk on lethal. I'll try this out and see how it goes though, thanks for the idea. Also thank you for watching and commenting, brother! Using blocking melee on assault sounds like the most cruel handicap I could think of since it relies on gunstrikes so much.

How are you such a good shot? Any tips? What do have your aim and camera sensitivity set at?
