I remember the times when Bo Nickal used to spar with Masvidal and Poirier to help them with their wrestling. It's amazing to be witnessing his path to belt one day.

Definitely like this style of content. I have an amateur fight coming up and I have a background in wrestling (no striking) so its cool to see what Bo is working on. Watching this kind of content helps set the tone for my workouts, and whatever else I need to do combat sport wise.

Great vid, Rec Hall is so advanced since i was there: whirlpools? saunas?! We did have a cold plunge: run out and jump in the snow.... no hot tub after though... :(

I would love to see you train with Khabib and Islam. You have the Khabib ground game with a level of striking we haven't seen put together with that tier of ground game. Very different styles of ground game but just as dominating. Excellent work, brother.
