Actually, a friend that's a cop told me 8/10 that's an impaired person.
When you see half the cars on the road in the rain and dark with no lights, yeah... you might get a little excited if you suddenly see headlight laws getting enforced.
No lights can cause serious accidents at night. I'd cheer to see headlight laws being enforced too.

@@dcm1f3 because the left lane is suppose to be a passing lane or fast lane depending what state you live in. you cant hold traffic on the left lane even if you are going to speed limit. cops will pull you over if you are holding traffic and theres plenty of videos of it. in California you can go 80 mph while ive seen left lane hoggers going 65-70. at those speeds differential you are going to save more time than them.

They need to lower the brightness at night. In my town, a cop pulled someone over and the lights were so bright I couldn't see anything around him. I had spots in front of my eyes all the way home. I asked my neighbor about it, since he was the fire chief and he said they're supposed to lower the brightness at night so they don't blind other drivers, but probably forgot.

I don't get #18. From the camera perspective, the pass seemed okay and nowhere near close to a sideswipe. Maybe the car was speeding, but it didn't look like it was that much faster.

I always enjoy the instant kama ones, but It does amaze me the low speed limits on 2-3 lane roads in the US (duel carriage ways in the UK which are generally 60-70 limits) can be as low as 45-55 mph in the US.
I think they're either speed traps, or one little old lady 4 blocks away from the road complained enough times to the town to get the speed limit changed.

It’s not just about the speed the road can handle, it’s about other things too like if the area has a lot of pedestrians and bicycles for example.
Most freeways are 65-70. But there are some that run through cities that drop to 55. There’s a few here in Rochester, New York, where the limit is 55mph. State Troopers are very busy in those areas 😂

I think there is something wrong with the way day time running lights are designed, I've noticed many people including cops, driving with no headlights on, I think this comes from the fact that drivers can see in the dark because the day time lights provide vision and that their instrument lights are also on, if the instrument lights were not to illuminate, there would be fewer no headlights.
There sure where a lot of folk busting in their pants over someone getting pulled over for piddly things like speeding or running a red light, that had no impact on them.

yes, it was lol. You can see the "student driver" bumper sticker on the rear bumper and its the exact same white charger r/t with the black stripes that he drives on the daily. Location should have been (Pinal County) and not "Mesa, AZ" I live in Arizona and Mesa is in the neighboring county which is Maricopa. I thought I was the only one that caught that it was Deputy Sloup XD
