Here's a fun fact about where RYTM was with the death note is because when a death note user die's they become Shinigami so he went to the Shinigami realm from the anime and manga it's where ryuk was before he gave the death note to Light
Quick fact the death note just kills you within the next 24 hours not necessarily right away
