- Where do we even start!? This 3 day trip, turned 4 day trip, was the greatest experience our little family has gone through. Malia was treated like an absolute queen as we were walked around the park with a personal escort, who quickly became a friend. We will forever cherish Disneyland and the amazing cast members that made this happen!

I used to work with Mark a few years ago and he is honestly one of the nicest people all around. I'm really glad he was able to make some real magic for you all!

@@love13456 Yup, because they only wanna talk French, even tho they might or might not know some English, when you talk English to them, they look at you like "F U dude, I'm not gonna talk English avec you" (this is my mom's experience) which is the exact reason that when I go to Disneyland, I go to the one in Anaheim (even DLP's freakin' webcare account on Twitter is in French)

I live in Massachusetts so I visit Walt Disney World instead of Disney Land, so it appears that Cast Members are great of both coasts. All of my interactions with Cast Members have been, well, magical. Thank you Hayes family for sharing your memories with your delightful daughter.

Same! I'm now binge watching and smiling and crying and totally wrapped up in their Disney adventures like I'm actually there. And I love the Evil Queen and Maleficent characters soooooo much for the way they treat Malia, oh and Cruella too. ❤️

Not even 20 seconds into the video and I’m crying along with the mother. Then Mark is holding your daughter’s hand guiding her around the park and suddenly someone was cutting onions.

He seems to love his job, and he brought happiness to a whole family for a whole day. A good reason why I love Disney and all the people working there. Kingsley, they are allowed to say they are cast member, is their job, just like you can say you do..whatever it is you do. They work at Disney as a Cast member, their job title. They are just NOT allowed to say if they play Belle or Alice or whatever.

My wife and I totally understand how you felt this day. Last Halloween at WDW, our daughter was given the most magical time we could ever imagine. The CM's go above and beyond with the Disney Magic. So happy you had this opportunity!

I’m 2 years late but I’m crying the cast members are absolutely incredible and I love Disney I live on the east coast so I’ve never been to California but it is great to see there are cast members who u can truly see love making other people happy and there are wonderful people everywhere! I can honestly say, Disney is the most magical place on earth. My first time I was 16, and struggling really bad with my recently diagnosed PTSD that I had a service dog for. I didn’t get to experience a lot because of my panic attacks, but every time I had one an employee always stayed with me, provided me with water, anything that I needed until I calmed down again. I had an incident where my service dog accidentally pooped and I couldn’t stop crying because I was embarrassed, but a crew member cleaned it up and I felt so terrible for it. My first time was nerve wracking, but I absolutely enjoyed my time. I never went uncared for, and all the accommodations made.. I appreciate everything.
Mark has to be one of the sweetest and caring staff/cast member i have ever seen in my life. He deserves more like a raise and a whole month break so he can make others dreams come true just like what he did for malia
That little girl has something all of us should have happiness and loyalty.

I literally just came across this video. In the current mode of the country/world this is just what I needed TY for sharing this all them years ago. I bet you did not think you'd make some ones day almost 3 years later.
On a side note my best friends daughter has alopecia I've known her for almost 13 years she had no hair when i meet her 13 years later she has almost a full head of beautiful hair she is as amazing today as she was the very first day I meet her, Her and my daughter have Cheered together for 10 years and she is one of the most bubbly and amazing spirits I know. I can only imagine but by watching this video I have to believe your daughter must be the same way.
One of my daughter's best friends was recently diagnosed with Alopecia. I can't wait to share your blog with her mom!
This made me tear up so much. Seeing someone as beautiful and special as Malia get treated like the princess that she is fills me with so much happiness. This is the Disney magic that Walt would have wanted had he still been here today.

I love how you express awareness for Malia and others affected! I, luckily, was not an inheritant of Gaucher, which runs in my family and I often find myself trying to explain when they ask why my family members are getting treatments and missing school!
Thank you 💙 Many suffer from Alopecia especially children and we just wanted to help others like her not feel alone, all the while educate those who have never heard of this condition.

This video made me super teary eyed. Mark was like a fairy Godfather to Malia. All the princesses were so nice, but Belle in blue won the prize. The way she spoke to Malia on first meet was so beautiful. Getting more teary eyed as I type this. So I will end this with hugs and kisses to Malia and her parents. Ashley, your tears when Malia rode the carousel with Belle and Prince Adam (The Beast) are so sweet. As a mom myself I know how much happy memories created with our children can hit us parents, especially mom's, right in the heart strings.
I'm so so happy right now. I'm just crying. I used to be a cast member and I got to do magical moments like this all the time. This is what makes being a cast member so wonderful. The ability to do such fun things by partnering with everyone and really creating magical memories for others. I am so proud of Mark and I am so happy you all are having so much fun! You really let him be a part of your family. You deserve it!

They do so so so much more than they believe, i think. I go to WDW in 80 days when i´m stable enough. I can´t wait to see all these wonderful things. This is so beautiful. I lived in Orlando for a while during college, and I would go to Disney World all the time. They make everything so magical. My favorite part was when you were all walking with Bell! You can tell that she was getting emotional when saying bye to your beautiful, little girl. I bet that moment meant JUST as much to her as it did you guys!
