they have deeper shades then dark (it’s not the darkest) also a low coverage brand won’t have as big of a shade range as a full coverage one 👍😀
there are two shades darker than "dark" actually ("deep" and "rich") and actually there are more skin tints for darker skin tones than light, but they're so sheer you don't really need to be an ~exact~ match.
They also added more shades the range is so much bigger now!!

like previous comments have mentioned, there are darker shades. but yea it's also worth mentioning such a light coverage product can be worn on a wider range of skin shades, there's more forgiveness w the match. still wouldn't hurt to add more tho~

alexis Flowers Just lots of thinly veiled jealousy and concern trolling in Glossier comments sections. I'm so over the "show regular girls" comments. Are these not regular girls? Even when you point out that there are videos showing Glossier employees people act jealous that they have nice skin. Nice skin is a combination of genetics, habits, and a good regimen. I work in skincare and I can't tell you how many times I get nasty attitude and excuses from "regular" women with problem skin, after they tell me their horrible habits and crappy sulfate filled products they use. Like, They'll ask what I use/do and when I tell them it's "oh, that's too much. I'll never do all that. It's all balogna anyway." I've taken care of my skin since I was 13, I drink water, use sunscreen, stay rested, eat well, excercise, use good serum etc. and Glossier works great for me. And all the "tugging" on this model's face and concern over her hair won't change the fact that she'll be beautiful into old age and she doesn't care what a bunch of jealous internet strangers think. Emily Weiss marketed Glossier perfectly for the right consumer, which is why it's doing so well (I live in New York and have been to events at the headquarters). It wouldn't be doing well if she missed the mark on who wants this type of product.

If Glossier or any other beauty company showed someone looking rough the comments would be brutal. You can't please everyone!

Nah, I've used glossier, and that stuff doesn't make any difference to how clear your skin is. It's just really hydrating, but pretty basic other than that.
Lydia H definitely not true. I've had acne since I can remember, and the gentleness of Glossier's makeup products + their serums work wonders.
Cameron Wood it depends on your skin, if you have dry or oily, or combo and the environment you live in, and how you apply it and etc. there are so many factors in skincare that make it work for someone and be terrible for someone else, just like makeup so no one is right or wrong it depends on you and your skin type.
Emma Nweke Sorry, maybe I should've been more clear with my comment. Over the years, I've learned how to treat my specific skin type - combination, acnegenic, cystic. I've tried countless harsh products, which ended up doing more harm than healing. With my comment, I was simply pointing out that Glossier works with MY skin, which is far from "perfect" as the original poster suggested. Thankfully, as you said, all those factors aligned to work on my skin. That said, I do think that the simplicity of Glossier's products makes it that it works on many skin types - not all. They contain very little irritants, and are generally very gentle.

Yang Daiyu Exactly. Not Glossier's target market. Emily Weiss perfectly nailed the target market, otherwise it wouldn't be doing so well. IT Cosmetics is an example of a brand specifically for the imperfections/anti aging market, and it's had such a success resonating with that customer base that L'Oréal bought IT for $2 billion. The beauty industry is worth $445 Billion. There are countless brands targeting skin over 40 and problem skin.
