@Baked I had assumed that fighters that had abilities to move through fighters would not be able to do so to a member of InGen on a trap since they could not end the turn in the space. As you've seen more tournament play than I have you probably have a better understanding of the interaction, but do you know of anywhere that an official ruling has been made?
Yeah this is for sure a tricky interaction but it’s easier to look at if you remember this rules mantra: *Do what you can, ignore the rest* If you are ever unable to resolve an effect, you don’t. In this case, if a fighter (let’s say Buffy) moves through a space with an InGen worker on top of a trap, Buffy will take 1 damage and Muldoon will draw a card, but since Buffy legally cannot stop moving on a space occupied by another fighter, she doesn’t and may continue moving.
Been binge watching this whole series. It's been amazing, seriously, thanks for making these. Also, Muldoon plus Beowulf in a 2 v 2 to trigger rage with just one damage. So you aren't just building traps, but rage mines that your Beowulf partner can choose to activate to take one damage and bolster their defenses when kiting with advantage, or if a trap is adjacent to an enemy, to give them that last rage for a powerful attack out of nowhere. There aren't many characters where their special abilities work together so well. It's a blast to play with.
Is there any plan on making a Tier list updated with Battle of Legends vol 2?? (I wanted deadpool too but really know that a Meme deck and inconsistence will make him to be above the Buffy set and that makes me very sad 🥲)
Short answer: yes Long answer: I want to wait a bit longer since 4 fighters isn't that much of a difference. There are at least 4 new sets coming out this year, so maybe mid-summer I'll make another tier list, but it certainly will happen before 2023.
That makes sense. I think we're all curious especially regarding Yennenga, who seems to be a good counter to big 3 and herself may be in it. I might be wrong but with Stallion Charge and discards she seems a great Medusa counter.
Are there any effects or after combat scenarios where a fighter can move through Muldoon's traps? I am assuming Ghost Rider can not use Hellfire and move through the traps. I am assuming Khonshu will not take damage, but has to freeze if he goes through a trap.
In general, no However if a fighter can move through opposing fighters (like Buffy) and a worker is on a trap, the fighter can move through the worker and will still take damage from the trap but will not stop moving
Cartographical features?? 🤨 Haha. Just want to point out how much worse he would be with move 2. If a melee fighter reaches you for an attack and ends their turn adjacent, then of course you can't place a trap between you two. So your only option is to place it behind you. If you then could only move 2, you'd be moving directly behind the trap in a maneuver, which means the trap doesn't actually stop them from reaching you again next turn unless you double maneuver.
Remote detonation is usually a card I use to get my movement up to 5. That card just sucks. It's the only card I think actively hurts you majority of the time. It hurts to draw it and it hurts to play it usually.

As the exact opposite of a Muldoon main, I see no issue with making him move 2 😁
