45 days until our first cruise since COVID-19. Thanks for the free info. We went to the private beach club on our last trip. It was fantastic but it way more expensive now. Planning on a free day this time c

Not sure about electric carts, but there is a free tram to take guests all around the island.

No, but if I remember correctly, there was only one ship docked at CocoCay that day.
Did you have to purchase any excursions or did you just get off the ship and find all the free stuff? We are new to cruising.
For CocoCay you can just get off. For other ports, it's more tricky and you may want to schedule excursions ahead of time.

Only in the water park.
RC or Carnival best?
It depends on what you're looking for, but we personally prefer Royal.
What time frame is considered early?
I'd say within an hour of gangway down.
Are your two oldest sons twins. They look so much alike
They are 18 months apart. People always thought they were twins when they were little.
