Yikes. I do not recommend using tools that give you the answers in real-time because this can catch up to you quickly. While it ultimately is up to each individual if they choose to use an AI tool during an interview, I HIGHLY recommend you do not go this route.
Sometimes it feels like it's your only option, and I promise you it's not...

Seriously, I have a lot of experience in my field, and half of my job is looking up best practices and figuring resolutions on the fly in this way. Or, when I have to prepare a project, I have time to put it together, test it, and write a report before I present it and implement it. But the interview process is brutal! Half of the questions they ask are textbook questions that I don't have memorized, and there are waaaaay too many concepts to memorize to prepare for ANY off the cuff question they ask me. I went through the process of getting my certifications already, let me tell you about my experience and be done with it, or I'm going to find ways to get those answers to you by other means!

Who says a person had to lie about their experience and just use A.I to help them answer questions for things they don't commit to memory. I have been in IT for 25 years, and for some things, I just refuse to commit to memory. If I ask an able-minded, intelligent adult what the square root of 125,351 divided by Pi is, they probably can't give me the answer off the top of their head. But most people can find that answer in a matter of seconds. Some people are horrible interviewers, and they ask questions that they themselves looked up before the interview or have recently found the answer. We are not working in a vacuum or in some cave where we don't have access to resources. I think it is a fair use of resources. Ask better questions that will display a person's thinking ability and gain a true understanding of their knowledge and not ask dictionary questions. IMHO

I definitely think AI is a good use of preparation resources, but I think using it in the moment to answer questions in real-time during an interview is risky!

Generates the question why have interviews at all?
For the entire history of interviews, they have been gamed.
Why not use paid day or week long real-life in the workplace tests?
Far cheaper than hiring a know-nothing recruiter and for sure better at selecting the right person.
The effect of AI undermine interviews entirely is one of the very positive, but unintentional, aspects of AI.
AI is a giant (again unintentional) refresh and review button for many aspects of society.

We are firing someone today, during the interview he was great, knowing everything. Once he started working, he couldn't do anything. he lasted 3 days. And now a network of recruiters will have him blacklisted.

Yikes - it sounds like this person wasn't honest during the interview...that definitely backfires. Using AI to answer interview questions, in real time, could set someone up to experience something similar...long story short: DON'T TRY TO CHEAT! (OR LIE!) You might get away with it for a while, but it will probably catch up to you.
