Description:
Himiko is a villain affiliated with the League of Villains and part of its Vanguard Action Squad. She and the rest of her team serve as the main antagonists of the School Trip Arc. Toga is a psychotic, she loves blood and even more likes drinking the blood of her loved ones. In middle school, she had killed a boy that she had a crush on and proceeded to suck his blood out with a straw. Soon after, she disappeared and hid from the police and Pro Heros. Himiko managed to successfully evade and escape them all, until she officially joined the League of Villains.

The look of shock she has when she realizes that she actually cared about him unlike how she only saw the others acquaintances was really hit me. At the moment she wasn't the blood crazed villain but a girl who lost someone who was family level close

when all her obsessions were just out of looks and being beatien up and bloodied twice and the rest of the league taught her genuine love and compassion so twice's death took a toll on her not only because he was her best friend but also because he taught her how to actually love

No, Himiko still thinks love is cutting people and doing whatever she wants with them. She saw Twice as a friend but never "loved" him, be it platonic or romantic. The only people she loves are Ururaka and Deku.

@@dmwanderer9454 they’re two different people. Twice was looking for shelter, people who accept him. Gentle had his partner who was at his side. Twice had nobody when he got shunned by society. To compare those two is like comparing a boat to a ship.
@@SmokeyBear0999 @Quandale Dingle La Brava was not in the picture until AFTER Gentle's fall from society, and if anything she was the reason he became so ambitious and almost became full villain, which is why he tries to protect her from jail by claiming she was brainwashed.
Point is, Twice could've done so much to help himself besides feel sorry and commit crime. "Lost my job, time to rob all the banks in the city" He could've put his power to use for good by building houses or something but he uses his Quirk for selfishness at every opportunity, that's why his clones couldn't trust each other and turned against themselves. It was all his toxic state of mind.
Gentle started off worse than that. No job, little to no skill or intelligence, and he is already a semi outcast from society BEFORE he committed manslaughter. Even so, he does what he can to bring good into the world while spiraling further away from his original ideals.
Twice pushed himself. Getting fired from your job does not explain or excuse villainy or actual murder...

They aren't just The Bad Guys in this story. They're people with real human emotions and flaws. Some villans are genuinely messed up in the head. Others are just victims of circumstance.

This is not the first time hawks has done something like this he has been killing criminals and made up criminals for a very long time just like lady negant he had to do it in order for people to keep their trust in heros it's not like he enjoys it but he has no choice I am not trying to defend him but it's a fact that he is not doing this for the first time
Honestly they didn't deserve him. Twice, of all the villians, really didn't deserve to be, but he didn't have friends and when he finally found terrible ones, his loyalty override everything... I wish he and Deku could have became friends instead.
Yeah, but I mean, it’s only a matter of perspective like think about it like this, who is the real villain, sometimes good and evil are not always black and white, there is a grey area in between them as well, Twice has been through so much his heart was falling apart, Gentle was lucky cause he has La brava, and plus Gentle’s heart is a lot stronger to indulge the pain he had in the past for whatever strength he had left, Twice just met the league of villains and then eventually grew to bond with them, and that’s why Twice chose the path to be with them, sometimes you need to be with people who can understand you and acknowledge you and appreciate you, which I believe was the case for the league of villains(Toga, Compress, Dabi/Touya & Shigaraki) have all cared for him.

Yeah I hated how Dabi didn't even care that Twice died but instead he collects his blood for Toga.. I feel like Toga is the only one who was sad about it and actually cared. I wish it showed the other part of the league actually caring and stuff.

This is one of the saddest scenes in the anime. We have several seasons of him, we see his growth... He only just got a grip on who he was. He felt betrayed by someone he thought was a friend. He let everyone down by trusting people who hurt those he cared about. Why did twice have to die?

I'm probably one of the few who dont feel bad for them. I remember When Gon (HunterxHunter) criticized Nobunaga (Phantom Troupe) for being sad and angry about the death of one of members but he can't show that same empathy to others. The villians are also similar. They feel bad when one of them dies but they take pleasure in hurting others.
But in a sense the heroes are the same way. I doubt they’ll lose any sleep after killing Twice so in the end what’s the difference?
It's always a sad situation, but I agree in not feeling bad for them. Toga is being a hardcore hypocrite when feeling sad for Twice, but loving causing others pain. Shows how much of a nut job she is and needs to be yeeted out of existence along with the other villains.
It doesn't matter how crappy their lives were that brought them to becoming villains. They're all criminals and need to be dealt with for the pain and suffering they cause to innocents. No amount of sad backstory is going to make me feel bad for a villain in a show, because at the end of the day they made the conscience decision to do wrong.

It took an even bigger toll on her because she hadn’t even realized that she genuinely loved him. She never really understood what she had until it was ripped out of her grasp and thrown to the fire. Heroes may do things for the greater good, but will almost never see how much pain they cause towards the ones who are really suffering.

I just want to remind everyone that these two are essentially henchmen characters. Really think about that. Henchman characters who usually are not the main focus of development or character, are making us cry like this. Compare them to other henchmens from other animes like Dragon Ball or Naruto. Not that henchman from those shows are necessarily bad but they don't have that level of emotion that Twice and Toga give us.
