While I agree with you, I think you’re reading waaaaaayyy toooo much into it. Gorgasm is not the only death metal band that used misogynistic imagery/ lyrical themes. It’s been a major trope of the genre since Cannibal Corpse pioneered it in the late 1980s. It’s part of the art and I seriously doubt it’s doing any real world harm.

I would love to have an album that sounds just like Masticate to Dominate, but doesn't have any songs with rape or misogyny in the lyrical content. Either that, or they just suggest BDM bands everyone already knows about (Suffocation, Disavowed, Deeds of Flesh, Defeated Sanity, etc.), or bands in other genres (usually tech-death).
