It's been a while since our last video, been busy last month because of Christmas,
Hopefully guys you will love it our new video, this bread is very popular you can see in every bakery, good for meryenda's
Ingredients:
700 grams First Class Flour
110 grams Sugar
10 grams salt
10 grams yeast
30 grams Lard
1/2 tablespoon food color
380 grams water (used can of evaporated milk)
Coating:
1/2 kilo sugar
3/4 kilo flour
1/4 kilo margarine
50 grams skim milk
