  • INGREDIENTS :
    For Marination:
    -3/4 Tomatoes
    -1” Cinnamon Stick
    -5-6 Cloves
    -2 tsp Fennel Seeds
    1 kg Chicken
    4-5 tbsp Oil
    10-12 Fennel Seeds/ Methi Seeds
    Curry Leaves
    3 Finely Chopped Onions
    1 tbsp Ginger Paste
    1 tbsp Garlic Paste
    2-3 tbsp Chilli Powder
    1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
    Salt to taste
    2 tbsp coarsely crushed Pepper
    Coriander for Garnishing
    For Marination :
    -4 Tomatoes Chopped
    -1” Cinnamon
    -5/6 Cloves
    -2 tsp Fennel Seeds
    Grind these ingredients into a fine paste
    -Add the Tomato paste to the Chicken and Marinate it for 1/2-1 hour
    -Heat a Kadhai and add 4-5 tbsp Oil
    -Add 10-12 Fennel/Methi Seeds
    -Add a sprig of Curry Leaves
    -Add 3 Onions finely chopped
    -Add 1 tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste each
    -Add Marinated Chicken
    -Seer the Chicken on high flame for 4-5 minutes
    -Add 2-3 tbsp Chilli Powder
    -Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
    -Add Salt to Taste
    -Add 2 tbsp of Pepper coarsely crushed.
    -Mix Well
    -Garnish with finely chopped Coriander
