“MR. SMITH DOES AMERICA”
Make it happen, JollyBeans
I agree bring them all
@@rickm5654 imagine Dave on a friggin bull machine in the Deep South. Make it happen boys
Eaten pizza in New York/Chicago/Detroit
Or any of the delicacies the south has to offer Texas barbecue hell yes Mr. Smith goes to Washington … great movie by the way starring Henry Fonda
@@rickm5654 Mr Smith definitely needs to go a place known for their sugar, he loves desserts so 😅
He wouldn't survive. He'd have a heart attack within the first week from all the snacks.
Would love to see Mr. Smith tearing it up in the US. He's an American at heart, I just know it lol
I love that he loves sugar as much as me 😂
That would be a fun video.
You can tell you're a Brit because he's like as far from an American as humanly possible....
Next road trip ✈️ to the US please bring Mr Smith along.
That would be a awesome video
I freaking love the principal, man.
The headmaster u mean. 😂
@LizzyMeyer-g1d you're right!!! I'm obviously american calling him that. 🤷
@@jamaalellison3076 In Australia, students call them principal too 😂
But for respect on this channel it’s either “Mr Smith” or “Lord Smith” 🤣
@thatgirl9532 I didn't know that. Do you know why that is?
He's the greatest!❤
I think a trip to the USA with the headmaster and students is a must
Yessir please
Dont wish them bad plz mate
make it happen!
The headmaster definitely needs to go to a place known for desserts though 😅 because he loves them …
The kids why not Disneyland 😍 (p.s Jolly haven’t been there at all so) 😆
@@thatgirl9532 Cheesecake Factory perhaps? It would be great if they could bring him along on their next trip.
6:13 "Why would you eat spicy cheese" is fighting words to every Texan! 😄
Pepper Jack been real silent after that comment.
Right! Cos it's the best thing ever, That's why!! lol
Now Buccees just needs to put up a billboard in the UK and their domination can begin
You think they should put the milage to the nearest Buc-ee's on the billboard as well?
😂😂😂😂
lol these americans companies dont want anything to do with that failing economy.
4021 miles to the closest one from London.
@@nullakjg767 You do realize that our American economy is $35,700,000,000,000 in debt, right?
The "Nougat boy" is FANTASTIC !! So funny, accurate and wise ! First time i see him in your videos 👍
His sense of humor was very similar to Jay’s in the Thanksgiving food video.
I LOVE the headmaster... what a cool guy....
There's a billboard on the I-10 northbound from Tucson, Arizona advertising for Buc-ee's, with a U-turn arrow and it says 963 miles 😂, I forgot the exact amount but you get the idea. They really put a sign in Arizona advertising a gas station of all places in eastern Texas?
Distance can be interesting. There's a distance sign in Sacramento on US-50 that says "OCEAN CITY, MD 3073 MILES". They returned the favor in Maryland with a sign that says "SACRAMENTO 3073".
The first Buc-ee's in Arizona is planned for Goodyear AZ near Dysart and I-10.
@@ypw510That’s cute 😊
I can't wait!
There are no Buc-ee's in Michigan, but there's a sign like that on WB I-96 about halfway between Lansing and Grand Rapids, advertising one 444 miles away. In Kentucky. A state and a half away. On a different highway.
Mr Smith HAS TO go on the next US road trip! Summer holiday!!
Usually there's an argument about how peacans are pronounced. I think both sides of the argument can come together and agree that it's NOT pronounced "peek-ins".
Or peecan, that’s what truck drivers use.
"It's called a peh-KAHN. A PEE-can is what a trucker uses." - Emeril Lagasse
As an American that doesn't have a Bucc-ees anywhere near me, when I was driving across the country I stopped and got those nuggets and I could not BELIEVE how addicting they were. I immediately bought a bunch of more.
Freddie is sharp. Best comments of the show. Seriously funny
Peekins? I have heard many pronunciations, but this is the first time I've heard this pronunciation. Thank you guys! This video made me smile.
It's "pa-kahn"
Here in the Midwest, we pronounce it pee-cans.
Yeah, if a European says “peekins,” then they DO NOT have the right to lecture me on my pronunciation of “croissant” 😂
@@vortexathletic, hahaha!
@@vortexathletic😂😂😂“It's leviOsa, not levioSA!
The principals reactions are the best. Love the kids too!
I love these kids' reactions. I'm just praying for the one day, y'all bring some of the kids to the south and try Buc-ees. 🙏🏽
I would appreciate a long distance excursion as long as they take Mr Smith to candy land!
Hot foods!
8:39 The Beaver Log is refined and has class.
That guy definitely had a refined pallet.
"They got you by the nuggets" he could literally do standup with his timing. 😅
I always get excited whenever I see Theo and Lorenzo in one of these videos, they have such a good dynamic and are some of the more entertaining kids.💯
Literally said the same, the O.G boys here. P.S I hope the same other boys appear with them in future…
Lorenzo setting the caramelized pecans to the side as Theo tries to get more of them. 😂
I am curious how the kids were put into the groups they’ve had for all these videos.
Also, what significance if any the different ties have.
But mostly how they paired them up.
Great, to see Lorenzo and Theo are doing well. I see the girl scouts haven't got their hands on Lorenzo yet. I pray for the boy if they come to America. 😂
@raingodstick4973 What girl scouts? What would happen if he came to America?
"How can a child not react to that?! Bring them back in!" That headmaster, is a legend.
The lads are getting so grown up!
Enjoyed Freddie's opinions, blunt and down to earth; the qualitative observations make his criticisms feel more grounded.
watching this while simultaneously eating beaver nuggets is one heck of a way to start the day.
Where must an Aussie get beaver nuggets? 🥹
@@thatgirl9532 wish i could tell ya! i'm lucky enough to have a friend who has family in texas that she visits often or visits her and knows of my obsession with it haha
Freddie is a LEGEND.
*Buc-ees BRISKET in part 2 please!* 😄😄
FRESH CUT BRISET ON THE BOARD!!!!!!
FRESH CUT!
I live in Wisconsin, we have a Buccees coming in a few years. But currently there is a billboard advertising Buccees and it says the nearest one is like 500 miles away 😅. Buccees needs to put up an advertisement sign in the UK 🇬🇧 saying the nearest one is like 4,000 miles away 😂
"there's too much flavor" oh Britain...
Anyone else catch the sneaky fake mouthful at 4:51, waiting to see if his friend gave a good reaction before tasting himself? 👀
😂 I totally missed that!
Those two were adorable.
The boys are back! 😆😆😆 I've missed them all summer! Good to meet some new students! Looking forward to more! 😉👍🏻
8:02 the delivery is so funny 😂❤
Everyday I drive my truck eating beaver nuggets thinking about FREEDOM🎆🤠🛻🐮
And capitalism 🤣 Don't forget capitalism 😂
I'm so glad that we get to see more of Mr Smith. Even though the other boys have moved on.
Wasn't that more or less a line from Dazed and Confused - other than an older guy going after high school girls?
"I get older, they stay the same age."
Well technically they didn’t move on but rather we didn’t see them due to their schedule of doing other stuff in the past 2 years or something… at least we saw the OG boys on KE again…
But ngl not seeing Malachi again crushed my 💔 …. And what about poor DAN! 😢
@@thatgirl9532 omg yes Malachi was such a bright young gentleman. I would’ve loved to see more of him. I believe he became head boy after Armand
@@maeumah He was such a star, extremely funny 😆 & no it was Henri after Armand, Henri was in a few videos too but didn’t sparkle like the French man
"peekans" 🤣
Lmao! That’s legit how us Brits pronounce pecans. 😂
"Peak in's"
Thank you for always fresh contents!
Mr. Smith goes to Washington!!!🎉😂❤
8:41 Ollie with that dad I'm shocked and proud face. Lol
Love yalls content I look forward to every video!
Take the headmaster to America! Would be a great series!
Dave seems like he’s legitimately made friends with our English co hosts here. You can tell he’s beaming whenever they come around. We love our Smithers
Iirc they were friends before Josh and Ollie started making videos and have been friends for awhile.
Of course he's happy when they show up, he knows he's getting food!
@@oliviazanotto160
I'm thinking they all met at the University of London.
@@okumabear
Not sure about that. There may be food, or they might make him go through military style training.
Yea, I think they have been friends since Uni
"You've had anything like these pecans before?"
-"Pecans"
Ok, I'm a retired executive chef living outside of San Antonio in a town called Boerne (iykyk) if that principal wants to come and experience Texas, I've got extra rooms for him and would be happy to show him around. Figure it's the least I can do in exchange for the warm hospitality I got when I lived in Alconbury (just outside of Huntingdon) for a couple years eons ago lol.
"Why would you eat spicy cheese" is the most Brittish thing I've heard in an hot minute.
The boys are getting bigger. 😃
I so want the kids and the headmaster to come out and visit the States. I think they would love rural America!
Lol Id love to see the teacher go to America, he's a cool teacher and very funny
But you forgot to tell them that Buc-ee’s has the cleanest bathrooms EVER. It’s such a joy to use, and those words have never been used before for any restroom, not even in my own house! 😅
The middle of the pecan log is divinity. A Texas candy made around the holidays.
My favorite thing from Buc-cee's is the Korean BBQ beef jerky! It is so good and their jerky is softer than any other jerky I have ever tried.
"They've got you by the nuggets"
- Ollie.
This man would have been a billionaire if he went into marketing. His brain just works differently.
You didn't introduce all the kids, but the one who started off with "like Shell?" is a rockstar.
The 3rd Generation of Jolly is DEFINITELY within this video.
These boys are darling.
Please take them to Korea!! 🎉
Fantastic! So glad there are more videos with the students and Mr. Smith!
I would love to see Mr. Smith with you on your next trip to America. Buccees, HEB, bbq, true biscuits and gravy. Make it happen Jolly!
Love watching when you bring the kids in. The head master rules. He needs a trip to the US
Bold n spicy nuggets are my favorite. When go to Buccees I get them and a sliced brisket sandwich
Next Bucce's 4324 miles ! Thats the billboard. Lol...
And you'd still be in Texas. 😏
We have a Buccees coming to Wisconsin in a few years, but currently there’s just a billboard saying the next one is over 500 miles away 😂
from denton texas and love them trying everything here and bringing it back there to show people in the uk so fire
So glad I found this channel , always entertaining to watch
I love these kids. They're so unfiltered. They just tell you what they think without worrying about upsetting anyone. They're blunt without being rude. And Headmaster Smith is cooler and more fun than any of the principals in the schools I went to in the U.S.
The high schoolers have grown up so much!! So nice to see Josh and Olly meeting up with them and we can see them grow up like the first Korean high schoolers series:)
I find it funny how they pronounce Pecans
Wow so many new faces, welcome to the channel kids! And to OG Seb, Frankie, Theo & Lorenzo, welcome back! Where's all your other friends?
They’re probably in college! These four were the youngins of that group, I think. It’s crazy to see them with deeper voices.
@@75kym Wait, they done gcse already? I just checked the old video when they first introduced to this channel in 2/2023 they're in year 9, so by right this new term they're in year 11?
Yes, too young to be in university. They are now grade 11.
These are my favorite Jolly videos. The kids are hysterically honest and the principal has a great way with words. 😂
Love the videos with the students and the headmaster is my favourite person. He is funny and has a mighty sweet tooth. Certainly makes you wonder what is in his drawers😅 I mean of his desk!
3:17 Theo & Lorenzo!! The OGs
I love these episodes with the kids and the headmaster.
0:42 Please take Dan with you next time y’all come over. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Yesss
Beaver Nuggets are made with puffed corn that's been tossed in a brown sugar coating made from butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla ,
"schoolboy budget" killed me that's so funny, fr buddy
Mr Smith is a legend
They need Beaver Nuggets holiday tins with multiple types inside. Like those popcorn tins.
Please have a school trip for jolly with those students about American foods
After 1 summer, they all look so much more mature than last school year
Would definitely party with the headmaster.
I think my eye twitched every time they said "peek-in". 😂
OMG this was perfect! I wish you could have brought the smell of a Buc-ees to them. My first time walking into a Buc-ees was about 8 years ago and I felt like the smell raised my blood sugar.
Always love when you bring our goodies home to the guys!
hi josh i have been a fan since 2012 i love all your vids until now thanks for making my childhood until my teens
I love the nougat boy! His comment are killer, and accurate. I hope he gets to be more on jolly or koreanenglishman videos
I've been to Buc-ee's once, and the best thing I found there was the chamoy peach rings. They're a peach flavoured gummy sweet coated with chili sugar. Sweet, sour and spicy all in one. If there were a Buc-ee's on the M6 between Liverpool and Manchester that's where I'd get my petrol for sure.
This is just amazing!
I love the pecan rolls. Get them every time we pass thru Buccees in Florence, South Carolina on the way to Savannah.
When I go back to the US, my first stop is Bucc-ees; we don’t have anything like that in the UK.
You cheeky devils....giving those sweet children GHOST PEPPER FLAVOR! ARE YOU TWO MAD!🤣🤣🤣🤣
They've got you by the nuggets! CLASSIC!
I love these type of episodes
I love Mr Smith, the lads and Jolly 💕💖❤! Thank you
The boys are growing up!
We need a special series with Mr. Smith 🤩
These lads need a road-trip in the States so bad. 🤣
You must bring Headmaster to the states for a tasting extravaganza!!
They all start out wanting to hate but American food wins them over. 😂😂😂 love the principle, he’s amazing!
The headmaster / principal needs his own show!!! Jesus, the man is a star!!!!
As a native Texan living in Tennessee-we say it puh-cawn. I love hearing the different pronunciations for things
I'm from the south US...... Pecan : Puh-cahn😁
I missed these
WE HAVE PACKING PEANUTS THAT ARE MADE FROM CORN HERE IN USA YOU CAN EAT... NOT RECCOMMENDED BUT YOU CAN
Nice to have the guys Back still think Frankie needs to get into radio and nice to see he's had his braces removed!
Pee-kins. Here I thought the debate ended at Pee-cons vs Pee-cans 🤣
I was just in the UK and every young guy under the age of 30 has the same haircut as all of these boys. Bangs pushed forward over their forehead. It became sort of a joke to us on our trip lol
Pecan logs are an old-time favorite in the US. My mom loved them. You are supposed to slice them and then eat them.
