Beautiful. Buy a brush with a long slim brush head with a good flex. They hold more paint and you can get a really smooth line for lashes. Great idea using the Pantone cards.

That's actually not hazel, it's called central heterochromia (when there is one color on the inner ring and a different one on the outer ring). Hazel is just the color that exists between green and brown (sort of a moss color).
