  • I think it is about time for me to clarify my position on Masters Rowing. To me, it is equally imporant as all other age groups of rowing, as we all enjoy rowing and competition to the fullest. Why should it be any different when you are not a youngster or pro athlete anymore?

Mr. Aram, I watch your videos with great interest. From this video, I learned that I have to take it easy, not like I did. I am a former Olympic medalist in 1988 -Seoul and I decided to return to my first love - rowing - after 30 years of total break. This summer I started training hard and after only two months I won the gold medal in Masters category, rowing 5 km at the Boucherville Regatta in Montreal where I live. I injured my shoulder because I trained very hard, thinking I was 20 years old....ha.ha..knowing that muscle mass has a memory, but I was wrong. Now I learn from your videos and I want to thank you for all the valuable information. You are the best from the best!!

    Hello
I love your videos and I find your explanations incredibly clear and helpful !
I am french and 53 , I used to be a dancer, now I do rowing for 10 months and I do quite à lot of pratice : skiff, 2x, 4x, I love this sport and would like to try later on a little of competition.
Would you agree to coach me ?
If yes, how much would it cost ?
    Thanks a lot !!!
