Definitely a great tune, but there's some other good ones about heroin. A couple classics obviously are Needle and the Damage Done by Neil Young and of course Carmalita by Warren Zevon. Those ain't too bad. And I've know more people than I can almost count die from heroin, so it's a real subject for me.

I have known Tanner for about 8yrs and his older brother Tim for about 11yrs. I watched Tanner at our lake house play Back Roads over and over and over sometimes 8 , 9 times in a back to back. Every time changing it up and getting better and better. Eventually I started booking for Tim and Tanner. I was amazed at what the two of them could do.
So, So proud to see Tanner following his dream. Love you Little Brother. Stay Humble it can all be gone with the blink of an eye. No matter how big you get or think you are just remember it can all be gone in a blink of an eye.

But we ended up with 2 boys so won't be using the name but this song has a special place in my heart for the ones I've lost to drugs.
