Okay, I have rewatched this scene and other scenes along with it. I understand that Annie is doing Inter witch means she should around 16. If you think about it shes not really that young no more. Girls all around he world are fallling pregnant around this age. Sexual activity amongst this age group is very popular in western societies, yeah if she had got pregnant at 13 or 14 then i could see the doctor making a big deal, but 16 is not abnormal.
