Main Reason why indian professionals are leaving India given the opportunity is because of Dirt Low pay. Private Employers in India pay their employees peanut size salary. Good pay exists only in MNCs and that too if you compare it with US or Canadian counterparts it is a fraction of their pay for the same job profile, even adjusted for purchasing power wise. So, unless indian companies start paying their employees good salaries comparable to the standards of the west... Don't expect employees to work with same productivity and don't expect indian youth to stay in India and work. The youth that are willing to stay in India inspite of this are doing so only so that they stay close to their parents and because they don't want to stay far away from their old parents.

Sorry, but after watching your videos, I realized they are not giving any integrated and comprehensive solution. They are not consulting sessions, they are just your philosophy or experience of your life. In the case of foreign and India, there is a dignity of labor difference between cultures. Second, until an optimum level of income purchasing power parity works in direct proportion relation but after that threshold level of income, it becomes unrelated. Competitive edge in India, work culture, children's education in foreign and infra are also some factors that influence a person's decision in settling abroad. And students do odd jobs only during their studies. But some people from some particular states no doubt migrate for any kind of job in foreign eg Punjab. Moreover, it will be better if you back your claims with data..otherwise, it's just your timepass talks. For a trend you need to have a sample size, only looking at a few families in your neighborhood you can't say it's a trend. You can say your videos as your life experience but not any kind of consultation.

Hi, I am 23 years old, currently in 3rd year Radiology Technologist course in a Govt college of Bihar, which I think I got it luckily. Just wanted to share my story hope it helps someone in any sense. I also belong from a middle class family and just like others, since childhood was feeded by a dream of becoming doctor. Appeared for Neet exam first in 2018 got 150 marks. Went to Kota scored 225 in 2019 after studying in Leader batch of Alien. Then again joined achiever batch in 2020 and scored 436, it was COVID time. Did counseling and got a seat for BDS course in a govt. college in mop up round. Asked my father what should I do now.. He suggested no, "He don't want to me to become a dentist", I trusted him ki "papa bol rhe hain to shi hi bol rhe honge" and I left that. I was in depression and trauma which left untreated because I didn't know what's happening to me. Time was slipping very fastly and somehow or other I knew that I should have taken the seat, which I regret so much today that why did I listened to my father, but due to lack of awareness I didn't know that it's gonna be a wrong decision. Then in 2021 I was forced to again appear for exams but internally I knew that I have lost my mind already, and was completely devastated that I am no one, no graduation degree, and I don't even want to study further. But still gave my exam in that trauma and pressure and my father was I don't know from where met a person who told him that give ₹85k and will help your candidate with cheating. And obviously again "papa bol rhe hain toh shi hi bol rhe honge".... Nobody came, I ruined my exam, I completely fucked up and got 301 marks in 4th attempt. Luckily I was searching for another exams also and came to know about BCECE, filled the form appeared for the exam got state rank 907 and with very much effort got a seat in govt. college and yaa it's completely was a grace for me (atleast for that moment). Entered into college, and felt like No, I don't like this course, I don't want to be a radiology technologist, kyunki I have always struggled with Physics and this field is all about that. Even it's a govt. college still they don't teach us well. Unse jyada better padhai private me karai jaati hai. My father still bribes me ki Neet dedo, I will help you to get admission in a Private Mbbs college, But I know, that terror. I don't know why for no reason but now I have started hating my parents, they don't love me, all they love is there "izzat" in society and I feel like a puppet in there hands, I just don't like them. Has to struggle a lot, not even a single day everything just keep telling me that I am at the wrong place, but I don't think I have any other choice, all I have decided to complete degree anyhow, and yaa still struggling with mental health and family conflicts, don't know what's going on..... But still, Try to be just patient and more grateful of whatever I have🙂

I wish I had a father like you. My father is a doctor. I have just passed class 10. I was a straight A student throughout my life. I was too much into studies. I never have a close friend till now. I could never enjoy my school life. I just want to get into IIT and start a business. I am sad, lonely and depressed all because of my parents forcing me to become a doctor. I want to take PCM. There are doctors who are my father's friends and they have allowed their children to take PCM. I don't know what's wrong with my parents. They never think about my happiness and well being. They just want prestige in society at the expense of my happiness. I just don't want to live. I wish I had died just after being born.
Don't get depressed yaar. We all are in a same situation. But taking stress is not the only option. Just relax yourself and make your parents understand that their choice won't give you happiness in the future. There are many students who genuinely want to be a doctor but they are not able to do. Shame of doing menial jobs is not prevalent in the US because in every blue collar job, there is still an overwhelming majority of US native population. Plumbing, construction and oil rigs [canada] are still considered honorable jobs and men. 2. Labor arbitrage: Going to the US and even working a blue collar job with No leverage can increase the odds of coming back to India with >1 cr in savings to buy real-estate. 3. Power Law & Infection point theory: once you go beyond an inflection point in terms of skill and $$, USA promotes entrepreneurial efforts through public policy and loan programs. 3.a. google any major trucking, plumbing or construction company. These are highly profitable businesses which make people millionaires. These are not popular because of boring work. 3.b. These kinds of opportunities and leverage/debt aren't available in India yet.

लेकिन सच्चाई ये है की भारत मे काबिलियत के बावजूद अच्छी सैलरी नहीं दी जाती इसलिए लोग बाहर जाने को तैयार है ताकि वैल्यू तो मिले मेहनत की।
आज के यूथ को दो option दो की बेटा पापा की दुकान या बिजनेस मे बैठ जा या तेरे को Canada, Australia, Newzealand, Germany etc कहीं भेज दूं, वह 90% बाहर जाना चाहेगा ओर बच्चे परिवार व पेरेंट्स को छोड़ने को तैयार है।
हम सरकार क्यों चुनते है क्या सिर्फ भ्रष्टाचार व अराजकता फ़ैलाने के लिए या जो समाज को व्यवस्थित व सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के लिए।
Foreign में यदि ज्यादा Tax लिया जाता है तो सुविधाएं भी दी जाती है जबकि यहां सब भ्रष्टाचार की भेंट चढ़ जाता हे।
सब लोग Direct Tax की बात करते हे की कितने % देते हे सिर्फ 2-3% लेकिन जो Indirect Tax 100% लोग देते है और वह भिखारी भी देता है चाहे व्यक्ति 2 रूपये का बिस्किट भी खरीदता है वो टैक्स paid होता है।

Hi, I am 23 years old, currently in 3rd year Radiology Technologist course in a Govt college of Bihar, which I think I got it luckily.
Just wanted to share my story hope it helps someone in any sense.
I also belong from a middle class family and just like others, since childhood was feeded by a dream of becoming doctor.
Appeared for Neet exam first in 2018 got 150 marks.
Went to Kota scored 225 in 2019 after studying in Leader batch of Alien.
Then again joined achiever batch in 2020 and scored 436, it was COVID time.
Did counseling and got a seat for BDS course in a govt. college in mop up round. Asked my father what should I do now..
He suggested no,
"He don't want to me to become a dentist", I trusted him ki "papa bol rhe hain to shi hi bol rhe honge" and I left that.
I was in depression and trauma which left untreated because I didn't know what's happening to me.
Time was slipping very fastly and somehow or other I knew that I should have taken the seat, which I regret so much today that why did I listened to my father, but due to lack of awareness I didn't know that it's gonna be a wrong decision.
Then in 2021 I was forced to again appear for exams but internally I knew that I have lost my mind already, and was completely devastated that I am no one, no graduation degree, and I don't even want to study further.
But still gave my exam in that trauma and pressure and my father was I don't know from where met a person who told him that give ₹85k and will help your candidate with cheating.
And obviously again "papa bol rhe hain toh shi hi bol rhe honge"....
Nobody came, I ruined my exam, I completely fucked up and got 301 marks in 4th attempt.
Luckily I was searching for another exams also and came to know about BCECE, filled the form appeared for the exam got state rank 907 and with very much effort got a seat in govt. college and yaa it's completely was a grace for me (atleast for that moment).
Entered into college, and felt like No, I don't like this course, I don't want to be a radiology technologist, kyunki I have always struggled with Physics and this field is all about that. Even it's a govt. college still they don't teach us well. Unse jyada better padhai private me karai jaati hai.
My father still bribes me ki Neet dedo, I will help you to get admission in a Private Mbbs college,
But I know, that terror.
I don't know why for no reason but now I have started hating my parents, they don't love me, all they love is there "izzat" in society and I feel like a puppet in there hands, I just don't like them.
Has to struggle a lot, not even a single day everything just keep telling me that I am at the wrong place, but I don't think I have any other choice, all I have decided to complete degree anyhow, and yaa still struggling with mental health and family conflicts, don't know what's going on.....
But still, Try to be just patient and more grateful of whatever I have🙂

I wish I had a father like you. My father is a doctor. I have just passed class 10. I was a straight A student throughout my life. I was too much into studies. I never have a close friend till now. I could never enjoy my school life. I just want to get into IIT and start a business. I am sad, lonely and depressed all because of my parents forcing me to become a doctor. I want to take PCM. There are doctors who are my father's friends and they have allowed their children to take PCM. I don't know what's wrong with my parents. They never think about my happiness and well being. They just want prestige in society at the expense of my happiness. I just don't want to live. I wish I had died just after being born.
Don't get depressed yaar. We all are in a same situation. But taking stress is not the only option. Just relax yourself and make your parents understand that their choice won't give you happiness in the future. There are many students who genuinely want to be a doctor but they are not able to do. 1. Shame of doing menial jobs is not prevalent in the US because in every blue collar job, there is still an overwhelming majority of US native population.
Plumbing, construction and oil rigs [canada] are still considered honorable jobs and men.
2. Labor arbitrage: Going to the US and even working a blue collar job with No leverage can increase the odds of coming back to India with >1 cr in savings to buy real-estate.
