    If contracting Pelvis for Avoiding Nose Blowing During Peeing, will contraction not control the urge of Urination?
    2ndly contraction be done before Peeing?

    What about for men? Does this matter for us ?

      Men have the majority of the weight of the pelvic organs outside of their body below the level of the pelvic floor. People with female anatomy have to keep their pelvic organs inside their body. So this is less pertinent for people with male anatomy unless they already are experiencing a rectal prolapse.

      @@bodymotionpt Thanks! It's a shame somewhat for you all because I just discovered that by lightly blowing my nose I can expel my bowels much more fluidly, and without straining to release. Limiting my time on the toilet, which is good to avoid hemorrhoids I've heard
