This match was wayyy better than the actual Final Championship against Louisville
That’s because they did a really bad method of ranking, and San Diego would’ve been third and only would’ve played Texas if it was the championship if ranking was how it’s always been, which would’ve been much better.

In my view, San Diego was the second best team in the field. Gabby Blossom might be the best setter period. Ever. For any gender.
And setter is more important to volleyball, especially women's volleyball, than a quarterback is in football or a point guard is in basketball. This is true for rather obvious reasons. A quarterback is only on the field... and only handles the football...
The basketball doesn't return to the point guard in the same play every time.
So, having the best setter period is an enormous advantage.
I wasn't alone in for seeing what would happen - Madison taking over Logan's role and Emma taking over for the great Zoe Fleck.
Zoe Fleck is an all time great libero and so losing her, changing setters, and losing the National player of the year, Logan Eggleston, and returning to win it all is absolutely amazing. Logan and Zoe were great leaders. And Madison was an outstanding leader in 23. And this is such a complete team. Losing Asjia is really, really hard. She is such an incredible player. This loss will be extremely difficult to overcome. Ella will be even better because she should finally be healthy (and if was that good as a freshman dealing with an injury, then she will be really great healthy as a sophomore) and Emma was already great and will be even better and Madison is such an incredible amazing volleyball player. They talk about Marianna Singletary's million dollar arm. I think it's time to put her where Asjia was. Nobody can be as good as Asjia or completely replace her, but I believe that Marianna is supposed to be very good.

nah i baylor was definitely their hardest match. san diego was also difficult but the only reason we didn’t sweep them is bc logan played her worst all year that match.
@@selin1587 i was there at that baylor game and TX def wasn’t playing their best at all. Could have been a sweep imo.

Commentators always have a negative comment about Texas no matter how good they play, no matter who they’re playing against! Always! She says ‘ and they STILL can’t pick it up’!
Time 1:57:00 4 set Texas 0 San Diego 4 was necessary Parra intervention for rescue Texas game, her experience obviously was necessary but she never got the credit for be a player just was on the bench, Parra good future is waiting for you in another team. Go Frogs!!!!!
Why is the commentators only talking about San Diego?
They were rooting so much against Texas the whole tournament, and it backfired so spectacularly in their putrid faces!
Unnecessary screaming, useless analysis, and just bad commentary!

Ik this was awhile ago, but in the 2023 season, they did it again with talking about every teams expect for Texas. They couldn’t get their facts/dates correctly.
