3 Eggs
Sugar 200g (1 cup)
Melted Butter 200g (¾ cup, 2 tablespoons)
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Plain Flour 250g (1 ⅔ cups)
Baking powder 1 ¼ teaspoons
Milk 120ml (½ cup)
Jam/ Jelly 3-4 tablespoons
Peanut Butter Frosting: (Mix together)
Smooth Peanut Butter 100g (⅔ cup)
Powdered Sugar 120g (1 cup)
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Milk or Cream 2-3 tablespoons
Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan size 36x24x6 cm
Bake in a preheated Oven at 170c (338f) for 20-25 minutes
