You’re welcome! we have an unboxing of the MX40 ready to post…and there are a number of new products that are supposed to be releasing soon that we are waiting to get our hands on.
It seems that there is a lot of mystery surrounding this new wave of products and VMP Software, so those are definitely going to be focuses of future videos.

I've had a H5 and a H15 now freeze up and not want to power back up after a reset. The only way to get them to boot again seemed to be a random, repeated sequence of unplug/plug in/switch on. Trying to understand what is going on.

In H2, with max output cards of 2, you have 2 inputs plus get to choose a third input or MVR card. Am I right? The video states something different
After all this time, I thought we made a pretty flawless video, but I think you’re right and we messed up on that table where it says 2 inputs or 1 input + MVR…should be 3 inputs or 2 inputs and 1 MVR
