    sir.. how to differentiate cardiac invaginations (ex cleft) from Pacman's heart

      1) location ( cleft is usually involves apical part but partial interventricular defect-pacman- involves mid to the base of the heart
      2) numbers: in cleft we have multiple defects but pacman is single
      3) shape: clefts usually have irregular borders- like tree root but pacman is triangular shape that during diastole becomes wider & in sys narrower- like pacman.
      4) pacman is rare that can be congenital or post-inf
