- The Premier Pet Fountain provides your pet with 60 ounces of fresh, filter water. The submersible pump circulates the water through two filtration systems: a foam filter, to remove dirt and hair, and an activated carbon filter, to remove bad taste and odor. Cleaning the fountain and replacing both filters at least once a month ensures the freshest water and a long-lasting fountain. The BPA-free plastic design comes apart for easy cleaning and it is top-shelf dishwasher safe. (excluding the pump.) This updated design continuously moves water to prevent bacteria growth, keeping the fountain cleaner than a standing water bowl, and encourages your pet to drink more. Your pet will have the option to drink from four free-falling streams or the shallow bowl. By drinking more, your cat or dog will stay properly hydrated, promoting a healthier lifestyle and happier pet.

I bought a 50 dollar 1 and it went out on me I got this 1 for 19 bucks at Walmart and seems much better quality!

Also make sure that you’re cleaning your pets water fountain every couple weeks. Gunk will accumulate and it gets nasty. Super easy to clean!

If the pump doesn’t start working try getting a syringe and pushing water in the top blue thing to jump start the pump 😊❤

How long do you rinse the filter? Just wondering if it’s dangerous if I don’t rinse it enough

How long does it take to start flowing after plugging it in
I mean I also decided to try with just tap water but when I plug it in nothing happens

Do you wash the pump inner housing that has the cord
Thank you for this question. Once the impeller is removed, the pump does not need to be disassembled any further. You can use a small brush or cotton swab to remove any debris from the impeller shaft and surrounding pump areas before reassembling it.
I just bought this one, 2 weeks later it stopped working. I got it from Walmart how do I fix it? I really don’t want to buy another one if this is what I am to expect from them. My cat and dog loved it for the first two weeks I had it, I have 3 packs of filters left but what’s the use for them if I can’t get this thing to work. It’s extremely frustrating and was a huge waste of my money. Now I’m back to my cat tipping the water bowl over.

That stinks, sorry that happened to you. I wouldn't be surprised if someone returned that one to Walmart before you'd gotten it. I've had ours for maybe 8 months at this point, I think? We've got a very water-obsessed cat and a slobbery bulldog whose jowls drip like a friggin mop after drinking, so this lil setup was a life changer at our place. 😆
Hopefully you were able to get a replacement pump or whole unit sent to you so you could stop that old water bowl from mysteriously tipping over all the time. Because naturally the cat would swear _they_ didn't do it! Must've been the wind! Haha 😸👌
