Balerno Village Screen - Supported by Scotmid Co-operative

Balerno Village Screen is a community cinema, in South West Edinburgh, offering free cinema admission. They are funded by donations.
Setup in late 2012 they show films to the village of Balerno using a public video screening licence (PVSL). They are a non-profit making organisation run by volunteers. They show films monthly.
They applied for a Scotmid Community Grant in order to upgrade their sound facilities to enhance the cinema experience for their visitors.
