Eddies right about weed. It makes you content with being bored and content with mediocrity. Smoked it for 10 years and never seen an issue I thought I was fine (never had debts, had a good job and worked hard etc). But it’s not until you quit and see your life change and you look back on those 10 years and realise how lost you were. Recreational use once every couple of months on a Saturday night can be good and funny, but daily use is no good for anyone trust me.

A lot of people in the BJJ community smoke weed and it helps them focus when they roll on the matts. Weed can good for concentration especially when doing repetitive training m. Obviously you still shouldn’t abuse it like anything else.
