Let's not start the 'lose the dressing room' narrative. With performances like that against Brighton, too many players need to lose the right to be in the dressing room. Squad isn't good enough still, back Amorim

Rio... The headline here is another excuse for the players to feel like victims... Why give them the opportunity? For once a manager has told it how it is... The arm around the shoulder hasn't worked... It's been done a million times. The players refuse to put the work in... He said he'll see more about them in these past two games... And he has... So give the manager a break. The players respond to nothing else... Can't even work hard on a day we remember Denis Law. I'm fed up of them.
I don’t think they’re not trying. They’re just not that good as a collective. Southampton we’re a better drilled team than us, the way they got out from the back compared to us, the way they pressed… and that’s not amorims fault, he hasn’t had enough time. These players just lack understanding of the basics
@@Ricardo-ur5osLack understanding of the basics? Read that one more time, my friend but add that these players get payd like they are champions legue players! They are professional footballers for god sake! They should understand football no?
@Ricardo-ur5os After the Liverpool game the manager told us that he was annoyed with his players.. that the work rate was there, but he'll learn more against Southampton etc because it's easy to get yourself up for a game against Liverpool and Arsenal. Southampton comes along and what happened? The energy was low, they wasn't pressing as a team etc. Amorim defended them after the game slightly.. said they are tired after 2 hard games of intense work rate.. then Brighton happened and he, like many of us United fans got angry... And he gave the headline that many of these channels are bleeding content from. So, I don't think it's up for debate. The manager has told us himself. When it comes to playing bang average teams these players stop working hard... The proof is in the pudding. These players can play together when they want to, they won the FA cup last year and had to beat the best in the league to do so. When THEY want to turn up, they do. Another problem I see with these players is they are collectively weak mentally. Rashford has always been like this... One miss placed pass and he's sulking with himself for an hour. But the whole team gets like this... The positive attitude gets ripped out of them at the first hurdle of the game. These players need to believe in themselves and start to fight. Ferguson used to teach his team that it's us against the world.. that everyone wanted to take what was ours and that they had to protect each other and fight for each other... This is what I mean by trying.

Rio can you please speak about our mistake in letting Mason Greenwood go and how he is absolutely shinning at Marseille after being out so long, as a united fan I was never in agreement with letting him go. 18 games 12 goals 3 assist, look at out lack of goals.
Why is everyone questioning the manager rather than the players? 2 different managers, 2 different systems and we’re still in the bottom half of table. This time it needs to be the players that go rather than the manager. We’re settling for mediocrity in players ability and blaming the managers instead
At this point, i rather lose the dressing room than carrying dead weights onto the next match and the next and the next. Our players are the main problem. We need the right players with the right mentality. Just look at Liverpool. Slot took over but hit the ground running cause them players there are much better in so many aspects of the game especially their winning mentality and hunger for success. At United, sadly, we've been living with a "try not to lose" mentality for way too long.
This is why people he played with/against "forget" him. When he was manager of Southend United and the players werent getting paid for a couple of months, he was on social media buying watches. He has no idea how to read a room...
Sorry Rio, gonna have to disagree. What’s to lose when the players play like crap week in and week out. We finally have a manager who’s calling the laziness and weak leadership out. Stick by Amorim, we don’t need you and the other former players to bash him when he’s not done anything wrong.
Mourinho, Solskjær, Rangnick, ETH, Amorim all lost the dressing room, I think it's time to get rid of these mercenary players on huge salaries who can't be bothered to put a shift in

The biggest difference between the current United dressing room and those that used to dominate the EPL is: the current squad accepts losing if its clear the other team played better. All those players under Sir Alex never accepted anything less than a win, for any game. You listen to their interviews about their playing days after they've retired, and you never hear them say things along the lines of "We knew they were better than us, and we weren't going to win, or we knew we weren't beating them etc". Even when they talked about those two Champions League finals against Barcelona when they got beat, they said that they always felt they had a chance, that they could compete, that they still could have won. The current team? In many matches, they're already beaten while still in the tunnel. To win, to dominate the league, you have to hate not winning more than you hate losing.
Hardly any of that squad should be anywhere near the dressing room, Amorim is 100% right, we should sack the players before we sack him or United will never return to challenging for EPL titles and UCL titles...if he loses the dressing room, good, makes it easier to identify who else we need to get rid of from the squad.
He's TRYING to "lose" the dressing room! No one will take them! He should have been backed in this transfer window and he hasn't been. Ruben has shown at Sporting that he can sell his most valuable players to bigger clubs every season and keep his success with his system by developing academy players and having an eye for cheaper talent. I think that's why he was brought in. The owners don't want to pay to rebuild old trafford. They want to make as much money as possible before selling the club. I think that's what we're seeing now!
The title, it's like me saying I might lose all the gold, when I have no gold, you can not lose what was never there, I know people love Amad and Mainoo but to me I would have not problem is the whole squad was sold and 20 new players were brought that fit how Ruben wants to play, that would be great, a proper restart, but that take guts and a lot of hard work, getting rid of players no one wants and scouting the right players that are hungry and willing to work for the right prices
Who cares the dressing room anymore, they get well paid for their job already and get no result! We don’t care if the club replace all of them by youth team, no one is bigger than the club!
Another thing to take into account is that with recruitment, the oddest thing is that any good or decent player United has moved on has thrived elsewhere. Sancho Chelsea look where they are in the table, Elanga with Forest look where they are at in the table, Wellbeck look where Brighton are at in the table its crazy. There is something there with some players that are recruited that United can't bring out.

@wtfamiactuallyright1823 the player for player argument can be made by Italy, Germany, France & Spain but as far countries like Portugal, Czech Republic, England & Netherlands are concerned I don’t think so.
Sols mentality and competitiveness are what made him and Rio elite. You identify the threat and want to ensure you come out on top. The utd defenders currently do not take being done personally. They shrink or shrug if a striker beats them.
Sol never seems to realise that he was an amazing defender, but he was really poor on the ball. So several managers didn't want to pick him because of that. Also he was very strong and commanding, but could look clumsy. He was made to look cumbersome by some of the more agile, technical players.
I’m agreement with you about Sol Campbell, he was a big unit, strong defender well but was awful on the ball and because of his size he was a slow as hell.. even SGE said that he weighed too much to run any speed.
@@toby4301 Exactly. Not slow as in pace but slow on the turn, he had no agility. As the prem developed and there were less target men and more skilful players he got left behind as an elite centre back
This is waffle lol even as a Chelsea fan I'll give Sol his props because on the ball he was actually intelligent. He used to drive out and break lines and could also play it over the top easily. Not to mention his ability to step into midfield and hit it from distance. Capello chose Carragher over him who was absolute dross on the ball lmao get out of here.
I dont care Rio, these blokes don’t try. I give Harry his due, I first to have a go but he has been professional. Rashford on the other hand. It needs wholesale clear out
I love Rio, but this is so low. What a sorry excuse of a title for clickbait. For shame Rio, youre better than this, or so we thought.
Eff the dressing room. Any player not training properly or putting in a shift on match day, needs putting up for sale and benching. Play the fully committed and play the kids, until the overhaul is complete.
I think people undermine how unique a sol Campbell profile...big, huge, 6 feet, fast..very fast...can play...he was unique and even in todays football there are very few CBs like him
Come on Rio this is not a good tile even for a click bait- we got a lot of respect for you and I am sure you don’t want to get canceled. This is bs bruh
He’s got a point Sol. We had more strikers back then and balls being crossed into the box constantly and plus they had 2 strikers to defend against most of the time.
Sol Campbell is top tier CB, top 3 in PL history. from united fan. Didn't know he was team of tournament for 1998, 2002 and 2004 😮👏 if Henry showed up in that 2006 final Sol would be more talked about.
15 mins in, love this interview funny AF and interesting. And then when he mentioned the strikers they had to deal with totally different calibre back then bruv... Defenders got it easy right now 😂😂
On Onana. Yes, he makes big saves but that's a goalkeeper's job. A great goalkeeper makes big saves without the game losing drops that he has. That's two games now that we've lost because of goalkeeping errors. I think Ten Hag yeeted De Gea because he wanted a ball playing goalkeeper.... smh - edit: Not saying he needs replacing (yet). Just saying that those mistakes need to get gone or he will eventually have to be replaced :(
Great show RIO and Joel. Big ups to our boy Sol! We should have bought on Jorginho for Merino at 2-0 up. Wasn’t so much about goals at that moment, more about keeping it tight and not conceding. He’s better defensively than mikel. Maybe also if we don’t have a right back fit, put rice at right back bc partey has been at his best in cm. We should be getting behind martinelli, havertz and even martin odegard to get them to their best. Goals would come.

@adamllana1443 And Greece won a European cup before England, go figure...
@ yeah because they were better. Don’t forget they beat France & Portugal twice in that tournament something England couldn’t do as they lost to both.
@adamllana1443 They were a great team, but player for player they had about 8 or more nations who were miles better.
I have huge respect for Greece because of that, which I already had for that nations history anyways.
Argh Rio we need timestamps❤
I dont care Rio, these blokes don’t try. I give Harry his due, I first to have a go but he has been professional. Rashford on the other hand. It needs wholesale clear out
I'm proper happy Amorim has called out those players, as a lot of them have got off lightly compared to previous managers
I love Rio, but this is so low. What a sorry excuse of a title for clickbait. Ex united player, talks about winning mentality and all that, amd we have a manager trying to instil that and weed out the bad eggs, and he puts up a title like that to defend these weak mentality spoilt excuses of players? For shame Rio, youre better than this, or so we thought.
lol when I see sol Campbell I think of expressionz
Eff the dressing room. Any player not training properly or putting in a shift on match day, needs putting up for sale and benching. Play the fully committed and play the kids, until the overhaul is complete.
I think people undermine how unique a sol Campbell profile...big, huge, 6 feet, fast..very fast...can play...he was unique and even in todays football there are very few CBs like him
He hasn't lost the dressing room, he has destroyed the dressing room! Chairs and tables are everywhere. Sounds like something from a wwe ppv
New manager brought in mid season its already the last weeks of this transfer market and still not a player signed. Ffp is all just an excuse
Sol as humble as ever 🥴
Nice the way his amnesia kicked in and never mentioned notts county too 🔧
Rio when u next go to Old trafford..politely ask the wingers to look at videos of Steve Coppell and Ryan Giggs
Come on Rio this is not a good tile even for a click bait- we got a lot of respect for you and I am sure you don’t want to get canceled. This is bs bruh
Rio, pls do a meet up with Ronaldo el fenomeno r9
Amnesia, you forgot Jaap Stam! Sol is a funny guy, arrogant but honest
Lose the dressing room! Difficult to argue with facts Rio!
I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone with a bigger ego than Sol Campbell 😂
I like hearing from players who speak their mind and for that I like Sol
This show should stick to original trio (Rio, Ste & Joel) plus a guest.
Dressing room has been lost for the last decade 🤷🏻♂️
Exactly. Rio should stop with these politically correct questions and answers it only makes him look compromised
I believe you ex guys contribute a lot with your statements sometimes.
They are compromised
The wink is brilliant 😂😂
Sol was a top defender but clearly insecure that people dont rate him as high as he thinks
He’s got a point Sol. We had more strikers back then and balls being crossed into the box constantly and plus they had 2 strikers to defend against most of the time.
Proper Legend… you guys get all the best guest
Rio man sad to see youve dropped ste out. You 3 together is gold. Joels on alot more then ste now.
Love this one Rio!! Sol is underated.
'Back in the day two phones was a problem' Rio knows😂
Sol Campbell is top tier CB, top 3 in PL history. from united fan. Didn't know he was team of tournament for 1998, 2002 and 2004 😮👏 if Henry showed up in that 2006 final Sol would be more talked about.
I didnt expect sol voice to be like this
15 mins in, love this interview funny AF and interesting. And then when he mentioned the strikers they had to deal with totally different calibre back then bruv... Defenders got it easy right now 😂😂
Rio loves a WhatsApp group 😂
After the Amorim outburst we will truly find out which players will play for pride and passion and which players will prefer not to turn up for games.
Imagine somebody like Beckham just spamming crosses to haaland😂 50 goals a season
With the dressing room like that, one would happily lose it.
The thing people forget is how loyal Sol was. He could have gone to any team in the world but stayed with Arsenal.
Ruben said MAYBE, you only miss that out as it ruins your agenda.
ruben also said that he is worse than the previous manager but that part dont get as much attention 😂
these media people….
SOL with the classy drip, baller and a real one
Where are the time stamps ?
Just saying that those mistakes need to get gone or he will eventually have to be replaced :(
I love Sol talking about himself 😂
I forgot how humble Sol is 😏
No time stamps?
Great show RIO and Joel. Big ups to our boy Sol! We should have bought on Jorginho for Merino at 2-0 up. Wasn’t so much about goals at that moment, more about keeping it tight and not conceding. He’s better defensively than mikel. Maybe also if we don’t have a right back fit, put rice at right back bc partey has been at his best in cm.
We should be getting behind martinelli, havertz and even martin odegard to get them to their best. Goals would come.
Thats why we need a new dressing room
Sol campbel is a phenomenally eloquent gent.
Lose the dressing room? Who cares? There’s like 4 players worthy of the shirt and those will keep fighting for the badge. The rest know their time is up
UTD supporter i am but nuff RESPECT TO THIS MAN'''SOL CAMPBLE
How do you drop 4pts in 2 matches Joel?🤡 I'd love to know! 😂
If you can get a maximum of 6 points and you only get 2 points, with 2 draws.. then you have obviously missed out on an extra 4 points.!
This was exactly what Rio did to Rangnick
Any time stamps for this one?
