It's not free or I am doing something wrong? I have basic Wordpress without any pay options and I can't install not only this plugin, but every other too. Wordpress say that I need business plan and this is too expensive, especially when I am just trying to learn this platgorm

are you using WordPress dot com? WordPress com is expensive and limited, you need a host, and in that host, install WordPress ORG on it, check bluehost.sjv.io/EaMeRe

This is normal, WordPress menu preview is problematic, so you need to test in the live site
