Maybe do an exam where “oh my god, I’ve got what?!” I’ve never seen exams on a channel where everything isn’t perfectly normal. 😁 Or do a medical mystery like House M.D. or the Chubbyemu channel but as our doctor trying to figure it out.

It's not a big list. 1) Pre OP and Post OP ; How you prepare someone for surgery and when they come out of surgery the exam tgst follows. 2) A senairo where you find something wrong ( Heart Disease, Diabetes, Kidney Disease Etc) and how you're going to treat the patient. 3) Some kind of emergency situation and how you go about treatment and what needs to be done. Since you are a Emergency Dept Dr. If any other commenter has any other suggestions maybe just leave it in the comments on my comments to keep them in one place. Watching your videos actually helped me a lot to overcome my 'fear' of going to the doctor. I don't even know why I was always nervous and scared, I guess I just couldn't help it. You showed me though that it's nothing bad and it's actually really relaxing ❤️
Same here! I think there’s something about the way he explains procedures and asks for consent every time. Knowing the why, the how, and that I can withdraw consent if I’m uncomfortable is reassuring and gives me a sense of power over the situation. Some of my doctors have not been that transparent, and it can be disconcerting to someone who is already feeling a little white coat anxiety.

Usually I don't like male voices but you're definitely the exception of this rule! 😉 You're doing great and I enjoy every minute of your videos. As a medical student (and fan of ASMR) subtly trying to use this to sleep and study for my exam- wouldn’t sensation of the Trigeminus be tested with a solid touch of a pinpoint rather than a stroking motion (which would rather stimulate temperature and pain receptors?)
oof just imagining smelling that coffee made me incredibly nauseated ! since TBI its like constant morning sickness.. everythng smells nauseating... 35 yrs later. still happening. still waited all week for this video again :} so interesting learning about the nerves.
small tip: if you change your setup a bit so that your screen is next to or behind your camera, it'd be better because now whenever you cgeck if you're in-screen, it looks like you're looking at my legs which takes away the realness illusion

Nothing like me laying in bed at 1:30 with 4 fans on full blast aimed at me, my window open with classic Canadian cold, laying a rubber mattress with a cooling blanket and still being hotter than the Sahara desert, and unable to sleep despite me doing a lot of physical activity today, taking magnesium(which helps with sleep). This is my last resort.
I bet if I get a cooling mattress I'll get even hotter since it seems my swap from memory foam to rubber(which doesn't absorb heat like memory foam and is supposed to make you sleep cooler) has made me 5x hotter than usual.
Question, are you actually this patient in your practice or is some of it a little exaggerated for asmr purposes. Also I love that you ask for consent when performing anything- is that also something that translates to real practice? 1000% here to validate you. There’s no right answer here, just wondering what real doctoring is like
