- Here's why rest is crucial for muscle growth
About Me: I'm a college student with a passion for fitness hoping to make it my career. I started training in early 2019 and have devoted a big portion of my life to it ever since. Now, with the help of this amazing community I've been blessed to be a part of, I will try my best to give back the information I've learned for those hoping to embark on a journey of their own.
I hope that helps and subscribe for more lifting tips! #Gym #Shorts
Obviously, everyone is different and requires different amounts of recovery, but don't ever feel like you NEED to train everyday in order to see results. If you're actually training hard and pushing yourself each session, then your body needs to rest. There's absolutely nothing wrong with taking 2 or 3 days off per week, in fact, it can be very beneficial for most people. Remember, muscle takes plenty of time to build, and if you aren't providing your body with the right recovery, you'll just end up digging yourself into a hole.

I rest once per week because my workouts don’t end up with me needing a wheelchair or AED shock. If I train harder then that will require more time to recover.
Anyways great work growing your channel keep it up 👑💪
Idk but I started lifting early December and since then everytime I work out (3 times a week each time targeting a different part of my body) I just keep on adding weight and reps(the limit of which is when I reach failure)
Are you looking to get bodybuilding or athletic?
