ASMR New Haircut, No Talking, No Clippers.

- Hello, and welcome back to the silent ASMR haircut barbershop ☺️ today I will be doing a scissor haircut with some more texture in the fringe area and on top, we will use his natural curls to do that, something a little bit different from how he normally wears it ☺️ I will be using scissors and thinning scissors for this haircut and a razor in the end for the neck ☺️ I styled it with some salt spray from Davines and a diffuser and a little bit of hair product to finish in the end, as usual, there will be no talking in this video and I will not be using clippers, hope you enjoy ☺️

I feel like so many barbers have lost the art of scissor work. I understand that clippers are faster which translates to less time in the chair and allows for more profit to be made. But there’s just something so relaxing about the sound and sight of a pair of sheers in the right persons hands.
You have amazing skills, and I’m happy to see there’s still some talented people keeping the art of scissors alive.

thank you so much! I always enjoyed cutting with scissors, and I think there is loads of hairdressers that still do that, but its becoming less and less barbers that do it, greetings from Germany! ☺️
Skinfades are extremely popular among guys currently. Barbers now generally ask if you want a skinfade or a regular cut. Skinfades tend to be a little cheaper.
@@Fireglo really? I have never heard of skin fades being cheaper, normally they are more work than a normal haircut 😅 I know that some barbers in Britain charge more for a skin fade than a regular cut, I guess everywhere is different ☺
As the guy said, 95% of young men haircuts today feature fades and that's just impossible to achieve with scissors that's why, but scissors cuts also got something special they look like fresh and raw
@@davidcancela1829 it is possible to do a fade with scissors, its just to time consuming in real life ☺
I very much appreciate the fact that you use the buzzer sparingly. In most haircut ASMR 90% of the haircut is done with the buzzer, and it can be frustrating. The snip of scissors is more satisfying.

I always had people fall asleep in the chair, im so used to it, that I adjusted how I cut the hair sometimes 😅

Love to watch your videos. so many barbers today use the clippers. A haircut done with scissors just makes for a nicer haircut. you have amazing barber skills....so many don't have those skills because they rely on using clippers instead.
I do like using clippers to, it also takes skills to cut with clippers, and to achieve a nice cut, glad you like the content ☺️

this is exactly the asmr i wanted. many people just cut air when they should at least get a wig and cut it to make better content

Very nice. I much prefer a scissor cut at the back and sides, as the hair grows out better than when it’s clippered.
I always say it depends on who cuts it, because its not the clippers that cut it or scissors, its the barber ☺ glad you like it ☺

I think there's a lot of hairdressers that I know personally that do it, but not many barbers, im located in Chemnitz, sorry I can speak German and read, but if you would see my spelling you would fremdschämen 😅 glad you like the video ☺️

@@lukecannon6233 the kamisori is the typhoon the bigger one and suntachi is like 10 years old and you only find it in Eastern Europe 😅 but I had many of them, good scissors with good value, if you can find any ☺

I hate a barber who runs his/her mouth asking me a bunch of stupid questions about what I do for a living, how many children I have, when I know they don't give a darn. Just be quiet and cut my hair.

I completely disagree, I feel that everyone should wear what they want and what make them feel good about them selfs, I love it on women, looks good ☺️ don't like people who comment mean stuff on others appearance, kind of shallow, sorry 😅
