Good idea lining up the knives for comparison. I thought it was bigger at first. I love the blade , not so much the handle. Looks like it would slice through brisket cleanly. Thanks. Tony
My thoughts on this knife is that it is a tactical blade made for people with small hands. ZT is known for making overbuilt big knives, I think this is them listening to feed back about needing smaller knives in their line up. Only 2 ZT knives come to mind that are ment for people with small hands and that is the 0460, and the 0450.
The way you explained that was perfect I related to that so much I just purchased that knife on amazon it's at 180 though not 160 I have about 78 folders some I use some I just like to look at and appreciate the differences of them all but thanks for the video
Bought it when it first came out- really liked the sweeping persian blade (Emersons are rare and Expensive). Came to similar conclusion to Chris, mine doesn't get much pocket time.
Guess I'm an oddball. I am right handed but have always carried in my left pocket. I also usually have a multi tool on the right and prefer to use it's knife for beater work.
Chris, for the price of this knife, is there a specific purpose, skill or something about the knife, such as skinning or career related cutting tool, or is it just one of those "damn this is a great knife" and a personal preference

The only reason I buy 95% of the knives I buy are just because I like the way they look. I use them all, but I don't buy them for any specific tasks. If it looks cool, I want it, and I'll find a way to use it.

I cannot open the knife unless my hand is in the perfect position and there is no pressure on the frame lock. It requires a completely unnatural hand position. A collector's item perhaps. Not a user.
ZT put this out with all premium everything at a outstandingly reasonable price and you limited the consumer by making it a designer knife. Only thing I can think of is the handle gotta be all wrong for use. So I’ll pass on this. Thx for pushing threw sick and all and getting these reviews to us.
I love functionality! But aesthetics is equally important to me. If the knife is functional, but I can't stand to look at it. I'm not buying. The reverse goes for a knife that looks amazing. If it isn't functional. Again, I'm not buying.

I have that knives it's almost a month old . It holds a good edge and I love how lite it is.
