Kirby should've gotten rid of his ghost ability and then should have inhaled Pacman, but he didn't. In fact, he should have inhaled Pacman first because the ghosts didn't really bother with him.

I was misled: Kirby would have become Hot Pinky if he morphed in proper, it also must be asked how Pacman got the Power Pellet, none were on the map (at least at first glance).
