I was at the taping when Zombie Sheldon popped out of the couch. Most scenes were at least two takes, but that was one take. Then they played Thriller as the cast took their bows. I don't remember how Sheldon got into the couch. I think they just had a screen up and did a scene on another set. Nobody knew that was coming.
