First of all I'd like to thank you both for speaking so clearly, I looked at another vid and there were way too many ums and kindas and sortas in the first minute of the video that I just couldn't take it. That said I'm curious what category y'all might choose for jigsaw puzzles. My entire shop is digital art themed so I was thinking of calling it something like "Fun & Games" and wondered what people think of that or should categories be more specific to the design?
Thanks so much both of you for all your doin to help us all with our stores! You two are such great Teachers. If it’s possible if you could do a video on creating a product mockup using zazzle create instead of photoshop I’d be SOOO SOO appreciative!! I Cannot find a video anywhere on that. Thanks so much ❤️🌸
Hi Ty - We are so glad that you are learning and find value with our coaching videos. Thank you for your suggestion about creating a video showing how to use the Zazzle create tool to create a mockup. Make it a great day.
Thank you Jen and Elke, btw I’m happy to say I will be taking your coaching courses as soon as I can! 🤩 I’m very excited and so glad you have a payment plan ! Have a great day and thanks for your reply. 😊
Hi there! Thanks for these really informative videos! I just started my first shop on Zazzle and these videos really help me to avoid all the basic mistakes. I have a tiny problem with my shop categories. I've already added some categories and tried to add some products to them but the products don't appear under those categories. Does it just take some time for them to appear? Those products are already visible in my shop but they're now just a big mess without these categories. The collections however works just fine. Have you any idea why this might be? Or a video about this matter?
Make sure to select the right store category when posting your product for sale. If you are doing that process correctly check the Zazzle technical section of the forum to see if there is a reported glitch. You can also reach out to Zazzle support to help you. help.zazzle.com/hc/en-us/articles/219543288-Posting-Products-for-Sale
I am having this exact same problem, Elina! I have been searching for an answer but haven’t found it yet. My store categories are applied to the products and everything is set to public. The categories show up but when I click into them (from an un-logged in account), there are no products in them. It’s been two weeks and still no products in my store categories. I’ve resorted to making collections like categories but would like to figure this out.
Hi Catherine - We do not have a RUclips video on creating category images. Thanks for the suggestion. We do have videos in our signature course The Profit By Design Academy that show our clients how to create category images. www.elkeclarke.com
Hi Elke, you do have one 🙂 I found it shortly after commenting. It was specific to canva which I was looking for. Your course looks great, but currently way out of my price range.
Thanks to your wonderful tips and 'how to's', I have opened the beginnings of my zazzle store. I suppose now comes the difficult part, trying to be seen in the millions of zazzle products. Thanks again for creating these great videos. Johnnie Lawson
Hi Grace - Try 324 x 324or larger for creating your category thumbnail images. The thumbnails have no minimum required size but they are displayed st 253 x 253
thank you for sharing this info, but im sorry i really cannot understand how to organize categories, i already set up d main category but how do i add more products to that same category, say i created a greeting cards category and i uploaded the one main photo but how do i add all my "other"greeting cards using the greeting card photos from zazzle and not from my computer , thats another thing , coz i dont have the final photo on my computer and i dont think that there is an option downloading the final product. from zazzle.. I will really appreciate if you can answer it, coz im really having a hard time with categories and collections... my products are all over the place.. pls help
Hi Zzett - Categories can be confusing. Check out the Zazzle help center for useful information. Here is a link on Store Categories:help.zazzle.com/hc/en-us/articles/220679787-Store-Category-Sorting-and-Browsing
I have created lots of designs. I have collections but my store doesn't have categories or subcategories. I just learn of this today, but after looking at one of your other videos on how to create image for the category, I created my image and created a category, but my items wont show up in that category. I have selected the items to move them to that specific category, but nothing happens. The category I have created shows no products still after trying a lot of times. I may be doing it wrong. Do you have a step by step instructions on how to do this? I would like to move on and create other categories. Please help.
Hi Michelle - Sometimes you need to wait for Zazzle to catch up with your changes. First make sure your categories are there and then check on the status of moving the products. You may need to wait for Zazzle to index their database.
I appreciate your free advice, but your paid class prices are ridiculous!! No wonder your income is so high... anybody looking to open a pod company probably doesn't have much money, so they sure can't pay your class prices. Sheesh, you two are out there on this! I would never pay that price, as there is no guarantee that it will work... I realize there are no sure things in life, but that is just a crazy amount to pay for a maybe pod.

Hi what is the recommended sizing for store front thumbnails?
Hi Grace - Try 324 x 324or larger for creating your category thumbnail images. The thumbnails have no minimum required size but they are displayed st 253 x 253
How do you add 2nd, 3rd. 4th level to main categories? Thank you so much for this mini class, this is much appreciated!
Sorry rfj180 for the late reply. When you are on one main category you click on the option to add a subcategory and so on....

Hi did you manage to fix the problem? The exact same thing is happening for me too. Only for products where I’m moving them to new categories.
How to make multiple shop under zazzle account?
To to the Zazzle help section and look for "how to start selling on Zazzle".
can I ask, where is the "category" on Zazzle 2021 website?
You set you your store categories in the back end of your store.
Show how to drag and drop in to the categories. I have no idea what to do
You unfortunately cannot drag and drop your products into categories, but you can move them by clicking on the edit button.
Video would be great if you lost the intro. Thank you.
