Pastor Darby, I found you by the grace of God 3 days ago and I can’t stop listening to your sermons. I crawled back to Jesus 8 days ago asking him to take away my addiction and it felt like I couldn’t keep going until I found you. You’re continually lighting my spirit to stay on this path and teaching me how to change and be reborn. You are alive in all of us, God is STILL using you to bring his people back to Jesus.

Brother Darby, you are right when you say living holy is a process. I remember the Lord telling me bearing fruit takes time. We have to yield to the power of the Holy Spirit as we abide in Christ. Nothing happens overnight!

I had a brother once say to me that Jesus is a made up name, He never existed, there is no letter 'J' in the Hebrew or Greek alphabet. Even when the King James 1611 Bible was translated into English, it doesn't have or use a letter 'J', Jeremiah & Joel are spelled with an 'I' - bcos there was no letter 'J' - So where did the name 'Jesus' with a 'J' come from? ... I remember, I couldn't effectively refute him bcos I didn't have the answer - only thing I could argue was "Well I know His name, whether there's was a 'J' or not, Jesus is the name I know, and when I call on that Name 'Jesus!' Devils have to Flee! - That's what I know... (But, he was hitting me with all this gnosis, and I was like "Woah" - I had to step back and gather myself) - TMH doesn't want us (His people) out here looking Crazy & unlearned, therefore, He tells us to: "Study to show(present) yourself approved, a workman unashamed, Rightly diving the Word of Truth" [2 Tim 2:15]. We've (myself included) gotta be more Disciplined to Study! So when we are approached and challenged by those dudes/other religious ideas & philosophies, we've gotta be able to Stand, and "Represent!" Christ, unfettered & unashamed.

I first heard this sermon during 2020. 4 years later I’m in corporate America and this sermon has a much deeper meaning to me now. You can’t show them wonders only, bc they can do it too. It’s much harder to show love to those offended by your Lord, than showing them a wonder. Then they’ll start asking questions.
