Nice video...This variety is pretty good for size and taste, but I think the one you pick is not fully ripened, just by the look and the white latex (sap) dripping down out of the fruit. As a rule, the fully ripened fruit should not be dripping sap (please note, the sap is considered toxic to skin). The taste of fully ripened figs is much better than those less ripened ones, both in terms of sweetness and flavor. But then again, I grow them for my own consumption, not for sale...
