I'd say for training centers, it's heavily dependent on one's negotiation and the way different companies work. For example at a lot of First Leaps now, they no longer have mandatory office hours, you do your prep at home or you can go to the office if you feel like it, only have to show up 30 minutes before your class, so for Wednesdays to Fridays you only need to be there at 16:30 earliest and only stick around on weekends when you have classes.

Actually, not really. ;) You need a passport from an English-speaking country to get a legal work permit, but as I remember, there are also other jobs where you can teach other languages. Mostly at the UNI level and they might not pay as well.
