So the way this song came to be, Jeff (guitarist) came up with the riff on acoustic while his plumber was there, plumber started whistling. Jeff recorded it and went to Winston like "YO CHECK THIS SHIT OUT" 😂😂😂😂 they literally made a masterpiece because of the plumber, i love Parkway😂
Def an all day every day song, absolute masterpiece. The 3 track single was exclusively on repeat for 2 weeks now the album exclusively on repeat for nearly the last week. Absolutely beautiful!
IMO I think that bands need to bring back more of this "reach into your emotions" ballads like this one. Its catchy and reminiscent of the classic vibes that helped shape metal into what it is today. Alot of people get caught up in the chuggy breakdowns and the new metal sounds (which i love) BTW, but songs like this can add so much more depth to a album and the artist. But this was a nostalgic masterpiece vibe. Loved it!!!!

Actually Winston says the track is right in the middle, to catch your attention, and then the record spirals from there, I love this song it’s so powerful but subtle and his cleans are surprisingly 🔥🔥
This one is so good!! I really hope Lorna Shore is gonna do a ballad on their album as well tho, since we've heard Will's clean vocals in the Hypnosis cover
I love how the Aussie bands are all doing something different and evolving. This song is brilliant and there is nothing wrong with trying different. If you have the talent then why not? A lot of people are stating Metallica and vocally yes sounds like Hetfield. But for some reason I get a little bit of Lenny Kravitz on the guitar stuff particularly the song Believe. But Parkway have stated the influences and I think they have done amazing. I am proud of our Aussie bands.
Agreed!! Polaris are another example of a band taking it in new directions. I like how they essentially don't fit a genre... They have their own sound it's awesome
