If you wondered what the big derelict building across from the Catholic cathedral was (to the right at 14:15), that’s York House, the former seat of the Grenadian Parliament. It housed the Grenadian Parliament from the late 1700s until it was damaged by Hurricane Ivan in 2004 and sadly abandoned.
Also a slight correction, Maurice Bishop was not president of Grenada. Grenada has never had a president. He was the prime minister. Even during Bishop’s communist regime, Grenada remained a monarchy with Queen Elizabeth II as Queen of Grenada, represented by the Governor-General

Check out the movie Island in the Sun. The entirety of the film was filmed in Grenada, and a small portion was filmed in Barbados. So all the places you’ve seen like fort George, the Governor General’s home etc you’ll see in the movie. The part of the movie with sugar cane plantations was filmed in Barbados. Check it out let me know how you like it.
