Hello, thankyou for your feedback. Technically speaking freeze dried instant coffee can’t develop fungus or mold as there is no wet ingredient in the product. It’s already processed. Are you sure it’s not moisture from the air seeped into the jar through a wet spoon or the lid being open for too long? As it’s been 6-7 months? Instant coffee can stick on contact with air and when that happens the flavour particles will separate (which appear white) and make you feel like it’s Mould but it’s just coffee stuck together. Additionally please help with your order number, batch number of your coffee & images of the same on support@impulsecoffees.com so we can investigate further :)

A feedback for Impulse coffees - I bought vanilla and raspberry but both got bad after 6-7 months. They literally had fungus in it.
