I'm new to the scene, but I'm highly technical and try to take it all in. I just found Nightscout Reporter earlier in the day, so I was sorry to hear Gary wasn't familiar with it when this session was recorded. Boy, he wasn't kidding when he said this group was deeply involved in [your] own care! I'm very impressed with what I've seen so far, and I can't wait to make my way through the video library.
Thank you Gary and Loop team for sharing this useful information, this has really given me clarity on how to understand the information / data on night scout reports and make any changes where applicable.
Very informative video. Thanks L&L. One note: Is it possible to not show the attendees while the presenter shows the slides? Their images get in the way. Not sure if it's a setting in Zoom, but most of your videos are that way. Thank you again.
So sad nobody at 20:30 didn't mention the effort of people from AutoISF, Boost, Tsunami and AIMI! Their version of the AID systems with Lyumjev can be used without announcing carbs!
The TDD and total carb averages at the bottom of the day to day report are a pretty new feature? I set up my nightscout around the time this video came out and it is not there. Maybe I'll try updating.
I had to check out the source code to find it. The checkbox "Insulin distribution" has to be checked and then after pressing "Show" the TDD averages appear.
Hi, can you please add Gary's contact information [coordinates]? Tia; i don't think my diabetes team in Canada will use these tools so if i go to looping, what do i do?
Connie, are you with BC Diabetes? Coordinates? Do you mean where he is located? IDS is based just outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania but his staff lives in different places in the US, all living with T1D. gary@integrateddiabetes.com. Phone: (610) 642-6055 in eastern timezone.
@@LoopAndLearn Hi Gary; I'm in ON and have also approached BCDiabetes to see if they can do a Zoom with me to setup. I'm probably tech savvy enough but just don't know where/how to get started. Been a T1D for 52 yrs Thx
Great video, thanks for the detailed explanation of the various Nightscout reports.

And the checkbox "Basal rate" needs to be checked as well, for all Insulin to count into the TDD value.
